Diabetes is a heterogeneous metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels resulting from the destruction or malfunction of pancreatic β cells, insulin resistance in peripheral tissues, both, and results non-sufficient production insulin. Rhazya stricta is a well‐known medicinal plant and source of numerous potential secondary metabolites including steroids, alkaloids, tannins. R. possesses multimedical applications used for curing various diseases such as inflammation, diabetes, sore throat, infectious, helminthiasis, arthritis, cancer. The current investigation deals with synthesizing AgNPs using aqueous ethanol extracts . synthesized ‐AgNPs were characterized through UV‐visible, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM) methods. UV‐visible analysis exhibited characteristic absorption λ max at 475 nm in while this peak was absent crude extract. thermal stability demonstrated that by increasing the reduction time temperature, also increased, leading to more stable NPs formation. FTIR spectra showed broad 450‐550 cm -1 confirmed occurrence AFM study revealed spherical shape size ranging from 30 90 nm.
