<div><p>This study was conducted to evaluate the online learning attitudes and basic computer literacy of College Teacher Education Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Philippines during school year 2021 - 2022. The descriptive survey method that employed inferential statistics with a self-constructed questionnaire as data gathering instrument reliability coefficient 0.83. Total enumeration used 351 respondents. findings revealed majority are females, they in their first year, pursuing degree secondary education, lived rural areas, belonged low-income families. Most them were using smartphones, prepaid cards for internet subscription which sometimes experienced high-frequency signals, very proficient literacy. Along cognition, students often difficulties focusing minds. main problems affective feelings isolation lack interaction. psychomotor arise from elimination actual practice. income parents location residence factors resources. variables resources can affect toward learning.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Learning attitudes, Online resources, Computer literacy, attitudes<strong></strong></p></div>

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe indicators anxiety level and exhaustion among students Tirana University during online learning as a result pandemic conditions. Theoretical framework: Researchers face the tasks knowing impact virtual environment on perceptions, attitudes, emotions, wellbeing so that managers higher education address practices selected methods based research studies, in order protect psychological capital, provide social support minimize burnout. Design/Methodology/Approach: This uses quantitative collecting analyzing data. Instrument data collection questionnaire which Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) integrated well Exhaustion at work by Hock. Study sampling consists full time who have experienced line learning. Students were randomly gender, age different residence areas. Findings: results demonstrated high levels directly influenced their exhaustion, whether or physical exhaustion. Research, Practical & Social implications: In addition, contributes successful implementation technology future, teaching process universities with aim achieving individual performance, but also educational institutions. Originality/Value: findings may help fill knowledge gap regarding systematic studies students’ response toward teaching. Such will policymakers consider student well-being future e-learning development strategies.

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak in many parts of world, online education has become a more viable option. Some studies have assessed undergraduate students’ readiness for learning, while others examined anxiety about learning at home. The relationship between and is, however, not well explored. This paper two purposes: (1) develop new valid instrument—the Home-based Online Learning Readiness Questionnaire (HOLRQ)—to measure study home based on theoretical framework self-regulated learning. As replacement previous scale, this instrument adds section strategies updates develops items. (2) investigate order explore those issues, 527 students China were surveyed study. results indicated that HOLRQ was validated following six domains: motivation, self-efficacy, information technology skills, resource management, help-seeking. Access to education is the first step benefiting from it. Although cumulative online learning experience linked academic gains, between-country inequalities mean that large populations are prevented accumulating such experience. Low-and-middle-income countries affected by disadvantages in infrastructure as internet access and uncontextualised content, parents who less available well-resourced than high-income countries. COVID-19 has exacerbated global inequalities, with girls more boys these regions. Therefore, present research mined data identify features important for learning. Data mining of 54,842,787 initial (random subsample n = 5000) points one platform was conducted partnering theory model development. Following examination a theory-led machine model, data-led approach taken reach final model. The used derive Shapley values feature importance. As expected, country differences, gender, were development resulted additional insights not examined initial, model: namely, importance Math ability, year birth, session difficulty level, month time complete session.

Quarantines and virtual learning became necessary as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study investigates challenges opportunities in classes; how they affect academic goals. There were 150 secondary students from Junior Senior High School levels education Philippines, who deliberately selected; participated quantitative online survey that used 62-item self-made 4-point Likert scale questionnaire, with 0.81 reliability coefficients. The data evaluated by means percentage, mean, standard deviation. Sex used, order to compare students’ opportunities. One-way ANOVA compared male female respondents’ perceived results revealed junior high-school (JHS) girls highlighted satisfaction; while school-life balance, helped females found communication (F(1,149)=11.098; F(1,149)=8.430, p<0.01), fulfilment, self-directedness, time-management (F(1,149)=4.224; F(1,149)=4.470; F(1,149)=4.030, p<0.05) more difficult than did males. high school (SHS) less satisfied teaching (F(1,149)=14.391, p<0.001), technology use (F(1,149)=7.342, (F(1,149)=3.934, JHS students. Males teachers’ assistance (F(1,149)=7.482, p<0.01). Some viewed favourably; regard themselves being adaptive; think subject matter tasks are interrelated; feedback positively (F(1,149)=6.438; F(1,149)=5.900; F(1,149)=5.183; F(1,149)=4.470, p<0.05). reported valued feedback, teacher support, adaptability change. Challenges may serve foundation for establishing inclusive policy on implementation, stakeholders’ cooperation needed sustain learners’ holistic development.
