Purpose:
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
describe
indicators
anxiety
level
and
exhaustion
among
students
Tirana
University
during
online
learning
as
a
result
pandemic
conditions.
Theoretical
framework:
Researchers
face
the
tasks

impact
virtual
environment
on
perceptions,
attitudes,
emotions,
wellbeing
so
that
managers
higher
education
address
practices
selected
methods
based
research
studies,
in
order
protect
psychological
capital,
provide
social

Design/Methodology/Approach:

data.

response
to
the
COVID-19
outbreak
in
many
parts
of
world,
online
education
has
become
a
more
viable
option.
Some
studies
have
assessed
undergraduate
students’
readiness
for
learning,
while
others
examined
anxiety
about
learning
at
home.
The
relationship
between
and

however,
not
well
explored.
This
paper

purposes:
(1)
develop
new
valid
instrument—the
Home-based
Online
Learning
Readiness
Questionnaire
(HOLRQ)—to
measure
study
home
based
on
theoretical
framework
self-regulated
learning.

this
instrument
