Physical activity (PA) has an established role in the promotion of health and fitness prevention disease. Expected overall benefits include reduction all-cause morbidity death, weight control, improved quality life, bone decreased falls elderly subjects, , deeper cognition, reduced risk depression, anxiety, sleeplessness. Currently, PA is a mainstay management cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, health. Recently, perception its primary secondary prevention, interception, treatment cancer, however, also gaining importance. Regular walking, simplest type PA, associated with disease mortality, cancer increasing interest. Furthermore, improves life patients, attenuating side effects chemotherapy, decreasing sarcopenia, fitness, inhibiting recurrence progression some types. It promotes emotional psychological inducing positive changes. While mechanisms, effective levels useful amount practice are well cardiology, they yet to be fully determined oncology. Nevertheless, recommended reduce general population, it been introduced programs for second cancers. In perspective, will help as integrative therapy patients survivors. The number beneficial continuum highlighted this review.

Exercise rehabilitation therapy has garnered widespread recognition for its beneficial effects on the restoration of locomotor function in individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI). Notably, resistance exercise demonstrated significant improvements muscle strength, coordination, and overall functional recovery. However, to optimize clinical management mimic exercise-like effects, it is imperative obtain a comprehensive understanding molecular alterations that underlie these positive effects. We conducted randomized controlled trial investigating incomplete SCI. integrated analysis plasma proteomics peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) transcriptomics explore cellular changes induced by exercise. Subsequently, we established weight-loaded ladder-climbing mouse model physiological exercise, analyzed proteome metabolome, as well transcriptomes PBMC tissue. Lastly, confirm transmissibility neuroprotective intravenously injected obtained from exercised male mice into SCI female during non-acute phase. Plasma proteomic transcriptomic profiling underscored notable involvement complement pathways humoral immune response process restoring following human trial. Moreover, was emphasized interventions could effectively modulate pathways. Through employing tissues mice, our study revealed immunomodulatory responses parallel those observed trials. In addition, metabolomics an enhancement lipid metabolism exhibited ameliorating disability after via reducing demyelination inhibiting neuronal apoptosis. Our investigation elucidates associated promoting recovery demonstrate direct delivered injection, which facilitates repair. Mechanistically, multi-omics involving both reveals principal constituents responsible within are predominantly immunoregulatory factors, warranting further experimental validation. The molecular mechanisms underlying cardioprotection against doxorubicin (DOX)-induced myocardial injury are poorly understood. Histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) plays a significant role in oxidative stress, apoptosis, and mitochondrial dysfunction is implicated many human diseases, This study investigated the relationship between HDAC2 expression DOX-induced using vivo rat model of cardiotoxicity vitro experiments with H9c2 cardiomyocytes. was established by administering DOX via intraperitoneal injections. suppressed rats sodium butyrate (SB) Echocardiography measurements were performed at baseline on day 15 post-treatment. euthanized cardiac tissues harvested. tissue samples analyzed hematoxylin eosin H&E staining, immunohistochemistry, Masson Sirius Red TUNEL western blotting to determine status apoptosis. In experiments, cells treated DOX. or transfected shRNA knockdown (shHDAC2). from different groups Rt-qPCR, CCK-8 cell viability assay, cardiomyocyte treatment induced rats. DOX-treated showed significantly higher levels compared corresponding controls. However, inhibition mitigated suggested strong association injury. cells, shHDAC2 alleviated apoptosis enhacing AKT phosphorylation. These findings demonstrated that silencing protected activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Suppressing Therefore, promising therapeutic target for mitigating
