In

exercise
prescription

effective
than

Abstract
Background
This
overview
summarizes
the
best
available
systematic
review
(SR)
evidence
on
health
effects
of
Tai
Chi.
Methods
Nine
databases
(PubMed,
Cochrane
Library,
EMBASE,
Medline,
Web
Science,
China
National
Knowledge
Infrastructure
(CNKI),
Chinese
Scientific
Journal
Database
(VIP),
Sino-Med,
and
Wanfang
Database)
were
searched
for
SRs
controlled
clinical
trials
Chi
interventions
published
between
Jan
2010
Dec
2020
in
any
language.
Effect
estimates
extracted
from
most
recent,
comprehensive,
highest-quality
SR
each
population,
condition,
outcome.
