Abstract This study analyzed the effects of digital literacy on life satisfaction in older adults aged 65 years and above modern day Korea. It utilized raw data from 2019–2022 Report Digital Divide, an annual survey conducted by Korean Ministry Science Information Communications Technology. A total 4,216 participants were assessed 2019–2022. Correlation between was using Pearson correlation analysis polynomial linear regression analysis. Life significantly positively correlated with access, competency, utilization all years. People are overloaded with online health information (OHI) of variable quality. eHealth literacy is important for people to acquire and appraise reliable make health-related decisions. While widely studied in developed countries, few studies have been conducted among patients low- middle-income countries (LMICs).We aimed determine the level attending a primary care clinic Malaysia its associated factors.A cross-sectional study using self-administered questionnaire was an urban clinic. We used systematic random sampling method select aged 18 years above who attended The scale (eHEALS) measure literacy.A total 381 participants were included. mean eHEALS 24.4 ± 7.6. statements related skills appraising OHI scored lower than looking resources. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate whether women's cyberchondria levels differ according some socio-demographic demographic characteristics and the effect of health anxiety e-health literacy on levels. Methods: The descriptive cross-sectional was conducted between December 2022 March 2023 with women who applied gynecology outpatient clinic a state hospital. purposive sampling method used, 178 were included in study. data collected using personal information form, Cyberchondria Severity Scale (CSS), Health Anxiety Inventory (HAI), eHealth Literacy (eHEALS). ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, hierarchical linear regression analysis analyzed data. Results: In this study, participants differed (p< 0.05). participants' mean score 28.25 ± 8.45 CSS, 18.93 10.78 HAI, 25.65 9.05 eHEALS. There positive moderate relationship level (r= 0.416; p=0.001) 0.378; p=0.001). Hierarchical revealed that spending six hours or more Internet per day (β = 0.130), 0.319) 0.273) predictors 0.05), these variables explained 35% variance (F=14.279; Conclusion: provides new findings health-related use research contributes ongoing debate possible cyberchondria.

RESUMO Objetivos: mapear as evidências científicas relacionadas às características, temáticas e desfechos do uso de podcasts educação em saúde direcionados para indivíduos maiores 18 anos nos ambientes intra ou extrahospitalares. Métodos: revisão escopo, baseando-se no método Joanna Briggs Institute, realizada 11 bases dados, incluindo estudos 2004 a 2022. Resultados: foram selecionados estudos, categorizados destacando avaliados, áreas condições aplicação podcast, apontando-o como uma ferramenta eficaz promover mudança comportamental, promoção da interação social, evidenciando seu potencial melhorar o bem-estar, qualidade vida autonomia dos usuários/clientes. Conclusões: podcast demonstra ser eficaz, inovadora baixo custo, com impacto social significativo, sendo satisfação social. No entanto, falta abrangentes sobre metodologias desenvolvimento representam desafios serem superados.

to explore associations and gender differences between OHI-seeking (online health information seeking) behaviors eHealth (electronic health) literacy among Chinese university students. Online questionnaires of scale created in software Wenjunxing were used this survey. Chi-squared tests, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis performed using SPSS for data analysis. Among 5,383 participants, 72.4% girls, 77.5% lived rural areas, 51.2% majored liberal arts, 76.6% with low education parents. The average C-eHEALS scores boys girls 26.53 ± 5.861 26.84 5.816, respectively, no significant difference (P = 0.084). top three as well the high groups, "finding about physical exercises" "reading or sharing via social media" nutrition diet", all which had differences. Gender should be focused intervention when developing implementing training parents adolescents schools communities.
