Diabetes represents a major public health concern with considerable impact on human life and healthcare expenditures. It is now well established that diabetes characterized by severe skeletal muscle pathology limits functional capacity quality of life. Increasing evidence indicates also one the most prevalent disorders impaired regeneration, yet underlying mechanisms therapeutic treatments remain poorly established. In this review, we describe cellular molecular alterations currently known to occur during regeneration in people animal models diabetes, including its associated comorbidities, e.g., obesity, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance. We role myogenic non-myogenic cell types conditions or without diabetes. Therapies for gaps our knowledge are discussed, while proposing future directions field.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a significant contributor to global morbidity and death, underscoring the importance of their prevention treatment. The association between development progression CVD several risk factors has been extensively studied. Among these factors, gut microbiota garnered considerable attention scientific community during last two decades. In particular, dysbiosis is directly associated with many in host, such as diabetes. Prior research demonstrated robust correlation CVD. Probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics considered important regulators imbalances they increase colonization beneficial bacteria thereby alter microbiota. Although effects biotics now widely recognized, new evidence that target therapy affects other organs, including heart, through process commonly referred gut-heart axis. this review, we will discuss potential benefits probiotics, for on cardiovascular disease by modulating

Prediabetes is a risk factor for the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its complications. The prediabetes prevalence has increased dramatically in recent decades. It known that unhealthy diet sedentary lifestyle promote T2DM occurrence. However, more attention been paid to role gut microbiota carbohydrate metabolism disorders pathogenesis progression recently. plays key metabolism, immunomodulation overall human health. Changes composition are associated with many diseases, including impaired fasting glucose, glucose tolerance, insulin resistance chronic low-grade inflammation. review purpose consider changes patients effect on metabolism. will also highlight factors such as diet, exercise, taking metformin, glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RA), probiotics, synbiotics changing composition. Several studies confirm structural functional intestinal present not only T2DM, but prediabetes. These data suggest may be target new approaches prevent development. Worldwide, diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a significant contributor to end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease. Probiotic supplementation has recently gained popularity as potential nutritional therapy in several clinical trials aimed at improving function, inflammation, oxidative stress, dyslipidemia, glycemic control, inflammation. However, they still need undergo thorough assessment of DN. It crucial that the optimal dosage, duration, combination probiotic strains administered for purpose slowing down advancement DN be assessed. Based on available publications, including relevant randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, meta-analysis from 2013-2023 search engines like MEDLINE (PubMed), Scopus, Web Science, literature review was generated using keywords "gut microbiota," microbiome," "diabetic disease," nephropathy," "probiotic," "prebiotic." Multiple focusing administration techniques revealed changes renal, glucose, lipid biomarkers. Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus 12 weeks indicated reduction glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood microalbuminuria/creatinine ratio. Multispecies well single-species containing Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, spp. greater than 4*109 colony forming units (CFU)/day 8-12 patients improves metabolic markers reduces progression disease patterns. Optimal probiotics conjunction with prebiotics synbiotics benefit glycaemic profile, stress. Future supplementing specific coupled synbiotics, larger sample sizes longer follow-up times, will generate more reliable findings impact
