Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS) is an allergic reaction that occurs upon contact of the mouth and throat with food, leading to symptoms primarily affecting oral mucosa. In patients rhinitis, OAS may develop due cross-reactivity between pollen allergens responsible for specific plant-derived foods. This particular type known as Pollen Food (PFAS). The difference in prevalence PFAS across different regions world attributed various factors, including environmental exposure dietary habits. Abstract Background Several major sensitization profiles have been described in children with asthma, but it remains unclear how these relate to asthma phenotypes. The aim of this study was determine allergenic a megacity cohort (SAMP).
