The
recent
coronavirus
disease
2019
outbreak
and
viral
infections
around
the
world
has
had
an
enormous
impact
on
global
health
burden,
threatening
lives
of
many
individuals,
spatially
with
underlying
like
cancerous
patients

socio-economic
consequences.
Many
pharmaceutical
biotechnology
companies
have
commenced
intensive
research
different
therapeutic
strategies,
from
repurposed
antiviral
drugs
to
vaccines
monoclonal
antibodies
prevent
spread
treat
infected
patients.
Among
various
advanced
approaches
including
cell-
gene-editing-based
therapeutics
are
also
being
investigated,
initial
results
in
in-vitro

stem/stromal
cells
(MSCs)
are

repair.
MSCs
increasingly
recognized
as
playing
a
major,
dual,
and
complex
role
cancer
pathophysiology
through
their
ability
to
limit
promote
tumor
progression.
Indeed,
these
known
interact
with
microenvironment,
modulate
behavior
cells,
influence
functions,
distant
metastasis
formation
secretion
mediators,
regulation
cell–cell
interactions,
modulation
immune
response.
This
dynamic

can
lead

Abstract
Targeting
actionable
mutations
in
oncogene‐driven
cancers
and

evolution
of
immuno‐oncology
are

prominent
revolutions
that
have
influenced
cancer
treatment
paradigms
caused
emergence

oncology.
However,

intratumoral
heterogeneity

Viruses
and
tumors
are
two
pathologies
that
negatively
impact
human
health,
but
what
occurs
when
a
virus
encounters
tumor?
A
global
consensus
among
cancer
patients

methods

to

cancer.
However,
with

of
biomedical
technology,
tumor
biotherapy
(immunotherapy,
molecular
targeted
therapy,
gene
oncolytic
etc.)
has
emerged
as
an
alternative
treatment
for
malignant
tumors.
Oncolytic
viruses
possess
numerous
anti-tumor
properties,
such

cells,
activating
immune
responses,
improving
microenvironment.
Compared

advantages
including

efficiency,

targeting,

effects.
