Introduction Gender stereotypes considerably influence human behavior, creating gaps between men and women in higher education. However, it remains unclear which factors gender gap that may hinder attracting retaining female these fields. This study aimed to develop validate an instrument, ‘Assessing Gap Factors Higher Education’ (FACT-GÉN), identify measure influencing gap. Method employed instrumental design (FACT-GÉN) instrument. Using a cross-sectional quantitative approach, data were collected from 851 students across STEM (SSH) ensure instrument’s reliability validity. Internal Consistency Analysis was conducted assess identified factors, followed by Exploratory Factor (EFA) underlying structures, Confirmatory (CFA) structure. In recent years, the widespread adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies has significantly enhanced sustainability performance and addressed environmental concerns for companies. This study investigates relationship between Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically focusing on United Arab Emirates (UAE). Test anxiety is a widespread problem among university students, with negative consequences for their social, physical, and academic well-being. Therefore, students may engage in activities that might alleviate symptoms, including taking medication. The study aimed to identify factors affecting test medical non-medical during examination period coping approaches. A cross-sectional was conducted using survey collect data. westside scale used measure the students' levels. Univariate post hoc analyses were used. number of participants 925 from 14 colleges, 82.9% them female. results indicated moderately high. Young females, junior low cumulative grade point averages (cGPAs) has statistically significant high levels p-values 0.042, 0.01, < 0.001, respectively. Most multi methods cope anxiety. most common non-pharmacological approaches are praying (59.5%), drink caffeine and/or energy beverages (49.6%). Only few (6.6%) medications anxiety, only 2.2% propranolol. concluded an action should be taken reduce level. priority support programs target young those cGPA.
