As digitalization and digital transformation shape developments in society, children’s competence agency for need to be fostered from an early age. Equitable education is of utmost importance. Teachers’ expectation behavior relevant providing equitable learning opportunities all children. This study focuses on guided pretend play kindergarten. examines whether high-expectation teachers found the kindergarten during play, teacher reveals different expectations boys girls. Video observations 15 kindergartens were analyzed using a qualitative cross-over design. While interacted equal durations with girls significantly more incidents revealed toward than boys. Overall, was less prevalent low-expectation behavior. In order support further research practice, exploration video sequences identified characteristics teachers’ such as holding back or enabling agency.

Abstract Many countries struggle to effectively introduce Digital Education (DE) all K-12 students as they lack adequately trained teachers. While cascade models of in-service teacher-professional development (PD) can rapidly deploy PD-programs through multiple levels trainers reach teachers, suffer from many limitations and are often ineffective. We therefore propose an adapted model a primary school DE teacher-PD program throughout administrative region. The relies on teacher-trainers who (i) active teachers in the region, (ii) have prolonged trainer-PD with experts piloted acquire adult-trainer DE-related competences, (iii) supported by deployment. To validate deployment we used data 14 teacher-trainers, 700 trained, 350 experts. teacher-trainer findings demonstrate that addresses most models’ limitations. teacher-related further terms perception, motivation adoption which at least equivalent those obtained conclude, is effective means spreading large scale be other reforms.

Learning Natural Sciences (IPAS) at SD Negeri 01 Samong faces numerous shortcomings and obstacles, such as a lack of diverse learning resources suboptimal use media, which result in low student outcomes. This study aims to develop Kvisoft-based flipbook media for the subject, specifically on human circulatory system grade V. type research is Research Development (R&D) using Borg Gall development model. The population this consisted 57 students, with 12 subjects small-scale test VI 45 large-scale V Samong. Data collection techniques used include tests (pretest posttest) non-test methods observation, interviews, questionnaires, document analysis. validation results were deemed "very feasible" by experts percentage 93%, material 85% (very feasible category), language 81% category). response from teachers received 100% rating, students 98% both categorized feasible." Based pretest posttest results, was found be effective improving outcomes, evidenced an increase average score 56.95 80.8 results. N-gain showed value 0.56, indicating moderate category. Abstract The further reform and development of engineering education courses can help improve the teaching quality higher institutions, implement fundamental task talent cultivation, provide important support channels for cultivating high‐quality supportive technical talents. traffic system simulation course is an applied science closely related to technology. It mainly cultivates senior talents engaged in research transportation engineering, analysis road characteristics, planning design. Considering characteristics course, this study puts forward design based on computer virtual reality software. Combined with training objectives focuses how content mode Vissim refines optimizes by use software enriches methods stimulates students' interest learning. Through guidance active exploration self‐directed learning students, has created a more positive effective environment which helps cultivate their exploratory spirit innovative ability. implementation gradually improved initiative ability master content, as well practical problem‐solving abilities. Good results have been achieved.
