Psoriasis is an autoimmune and inflammatory disease, that significantly affects human well-being. The chances of relapses psoriasis are high even after steroidal therapy other medicines. proper treatment unavailable due to a lack understanding the pathophysiology this disease. Phosphodiesterase enzyme subtypes (PDE-4B PDE-4D) have been implicated in because inhibitor elevates level C-Amp hence reduces features inflammation. Recent researches also demonstrated role psoriasis. Therefore, study, molecular docking analysis was carried out on twelve natural ligands proven be anti-psoriatic candidates via preclinical studies different animal models but their mechanism action not explored yet. chemical structures were prepared using ChemSketch 2015 (Free version). AutoDock Tool 1.5.6 employed for studies. results indicated all interacted with targets active sites Capsaicin Hypericin inhibited PDE-4B Gossypol PDE-4D enzymes, respectively, interacting responsible amino acids demonstrating significant binding energies.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic eczematous inflammatory disease that may arise from environmental, genetic, and immunological factors. Despite the efficacy of current treatment options such as corticosteroids, approaches are mainly focused on symptom relief present certain undesirable side effects. In recent years, isolated natural compounds, oils, mixtures, and/or extracts have gained scientific attention because their high efficiency moderate to low toxicity. promising therapeutic effects, applicability healthcare solutions somewhat limited by instability, poor solubility, bioavailability. Therefore, novel nanoformulation-based systems been designed overcome these limitations, thus enhancing potential, promoting capacity drugs properly exert action in AD-like skin lesions. To best our knowledge, this first literature review has summarizing loaded with ingredients, specifically for management AD. We suggest future studies should focus robust clinical trials confirm safety effectiveness natural-based nanosystems, paving way more reliable AD treatments.

This study focuses on optimizing the extraction conditions for antioxidants from fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) through ultrasound-assisted with aim of creating a stable and effective cosmetic formulation. RSM was used to optimize parameters ultrasonic power 60%, 50% ethanol concentration 10 min. Under those conditions, extract showed phenolic-rich profile, total phenolic content equivalent 18.56 mg GAE/g DM radical scavenging activity 63.24%. Chromatographic analysis further confirmed abundance compounds, epicatechin identified as major compound at 22.58 mg/g DM. The exhibited considerable antibacterial number bacterial strains, it no cell toxicity RAW 267.4 cells, supporting its safe use in products. formulation maintained high stability, pH values 6.25 6.35, viscosity 7941.69 7956.70 cp, less color change after 90 days preservation under varied temperature conditions. These findings validate extract’s potential producing stable, eco-friendly, product, thus bringing skin health benefits driving sustainable methods industry.
