In transitioning to Industry 5.0, vocational education often emphasizes hard skills, neglecting the crucial balance with soft especially interpersonal essential for this era. This oversight may impair workforce effectiveness and economic competitiveness. study explores teachers' students' perceptions regarding integration of skills into curriculum, using a qualitative case approach. A survey involving 42 teachers 73 students, followed by semi-structured interviews 8 9 students from various Indonesian provinces, was conducted. Thematic analysis highlighted four key themes: effective instructional strategies, learning challenges, need comprehensive support systems. Findings revealed significant gap in incorporating education, underscoring urgency evolve include new skills. Challenges identified enhanced awareness, literacy, readiness, motivation among educators learners. The emphasized importance systems, including peers, family, institutional backing, nurturing these research highlights critical recalibrate its focus towards balanced development meet 5.0's demands. It advocates reevaluating educational strategies embed effectively calls stronger mechanisms facilitate holistic student development. These insights aim guide policymakers institutions refining curricula teaching approaches, preparing future societal landscapes.

This research aims to determine the implementation process of Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project at SMK Muhammadiyah Sampang. The method used is a descriptive method. data analysis technique uses qualitative techniques. Data collection interview, observation and documentation From results that has been carried out, it can be concluded stages implementing P5 Sampang start from introducing school community, preparing ecosystem then project design starting designing time, allocation dimensions student profiles, forming facilitation team, identifying readiness , selecting themes, determining topics, modules work degrees. biggest obstacle faced by regarding related teachers' limited understanding P5. Some obstacles in presentations are also same, namely large amount additional equipment learning job titles require costs, there students who less enthusiastic, differences abilities. solution overcome this making good use existing facilities, improving quality learning, increasing students' abilities, establishing communication with parents completing facilities infrastructure.

It is importance of improving the digital literacy teachers crucial with rapid integration technology in education, effective training programs are critical. However, their success largely depends on motivation participants. The purpose this study to determine mediating role work variable effect so that there two independent variables and one dependent variable. number samples used was 73 Palembang. To collect data, a questionnaire technique used. Using Smart PLS 3.0 structural equation modeling technique, hypothesized relationships were tested. This found that: 1) had positive significant teacher motivation; 2) literacy; 3) 4) relationship between literacy. These results highlight fostering motivational climate maximize benefits programs. Implications for educational policy practice discussed, emphasizing need strategies not only provide but also actively engage motivate enhance competencies.

Students in vocational colleges China play a crucial role supporting the digital transformation of education. In this study, institute Jiangsu province was selected for investigation, involving 79 students. The findings revealed that traditional classrooms still face limitations enhancing students' literacy and skills. To address issue better equip students with learning skills required by society, serious game model developed architecture professional course “Architecture CAD Drawing.” This presents core content through case pictures promotes interactive engagement. A user study 42 then conducted to compare effectiveness games video classes. results demonstrate Serious Games significantly enhance student interest utilizing technology learning, improve their efficiency acquiring skills, deepen comprehension literacy.
