Background and Objectives: Telerehabilitation (TR) offers an innovative approach to overcome accessibility challenges in managing multiple sclerosis (MS). This exploratory study evaluated the efficacy of integrating respiratory exercises into TR programs for improving function, fatigue, quality life. Materials Methods: A randomized controlled trial involving 48 MS patients control groups was conducted. Both performed over eight weeks. Pulmonary fatigue severity (FSS), life (MSQOL-54), functional capacity (6MWT) were assessed before after intervention. Results: demonstrated significant within-group improvements FEV1 (L), PEF FEF%25–75 FSS, MSQOL-54 physical mental subscales, 6MWT distance (p < 0.05). The group exhibited unique (%) slightly greater reductions although intergroup differences not statistically significant. Conclusions: incorporating effectively enhances patients, suggesting a viable alternative conventional rehabilitation. Future studies should focus on advanced-stage MS, long-term sustainability, technological integration optimize potential TR.

With the rapid development of medical science and technology increasing trend coronary heart disease (CHD) rejuvenation, home-based cardiac rehabilitation (HBCR), with its unique advantages, shows great potential for application in field prevention treatment CHD. In-depth understanding subjective perception willingness to participate HBCR patients CHD is crucial precise formulation programs promotion clinical HBCR. The aim this study was explore factors influencing young middle-aged patients' This used qualitative descriptive approach. Using purposive sampling, a total 20 who were admitted tertiary hospital Taiyuan from June August 2024 selected study. theory planned behavior (TPB) as theoretical framework carry out data collection analysis. Face-to-face, semi-structured interviews collect data. Data analyzed using content Two researchers independently read, coded, categorized, refined themes. Based on TPB, four themes emerged analysis: (1) attitude; (2) norm; (3) perceived behavioral control; (4) Knowledge mastery level. Of participants study, 15 had positive attitudes toward HBCR, but their still influenced by multiple factors. Economic conditions are fundamental factor Social support, self-efficacy, emotional state, knowledge level also crucial. lack face-to-face professional guidance risks impede participation. Moreover, social roles participate. Under deeply explored these factors, it necessary make interventions future at government level, among healthcare professionals, within support systems. By identifying we can not only improve rehabilitate effect, help them return society, reduce pressure, promote optimize CR grading system.

To comprehensively assess the rehabilitation efficacy of telerehabilitation compared with other traditional therapies in postoperative hip fracture patients. Seven electronic databases: PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, Web Science, CNKI, Wan Fang, and VIP Databases, were searched from inception until October 2023. Two independent reviewers selected randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that assessed intervention approach to rehabilitation. An outcome measure related function, functional independence, anxiety levels, walking ability, quality life, treatment adherence eligible. independently used Risk Bias 2 (RoB 2) tool for risk bias data extraction. RevMan 5.4 Stata 15.1 statistical analysis. Seventeen RCTs (n = 1577) met inclusion criteria. Compared usual care group, group demonstrated a noteworthy enhancement as evidenced by Harris Hip Score (SMD 1.05, 95% CI (0.64, 1.45)). Significant improvements independence (Functional Independence Measure: SMD 1.38, (1.08, 1.68)), (Medical Compliance Behavior Scale: 1.23, (0.71, 1.76)), life 1.04, (0.42, 1.65)) also observed group. However, no statistically significant distinction was improvement (as Self-Rating Anxiety -0.67, 95%CI (-1.65, 0.31)) or terms walkability (Timed Up Go Test: -0.06, (-0.32, 0.20)) when This may be patient participation, differences interventions, inconsistent follow-up durations among different studies. Current evidence suggests help improve increase patients after surgery. Nonetheless, it does not demonstrate impact on reducing patients' improving their ability.

Background: Telerehabilitation is a practical option for individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) to engage in sustained physical activity without -visiting rehabilitation facility. The aim of this systematic review was evaluate the feasibility, effectiveness, safety, and adherence exercise-based telerehabilitation as compared usual care MS patients. Methods: A comprehensive literature search adhering PRISMA guidelines conducted, focusing on studies published English since 2000. protocol registered PROSPERO. selection process involved strict criteria, including people MS, centred regular exercise, control group receiving care, valid exercise testing, randomized controlled trial principles. Methodological quality assessed using TESTEX tool, ensuring rigour study design reporting. Results: Among 281 records screened, 10 met criteria. interventions varied format outcomes were diverse tests questionnaires. Despite variations, collectively demonstrated promising feasibility minimal withdrawals minor adverse events. Effectiveness varied, 5 out showing significant improvements intervention group. Adherence rates ranged from 38% 100%. Conclusion: In most aspects, comparable centre-based rehabilitation.

Abstract Background Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide. Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) programs are recognized as effective in reducing burden cardiovascular disease. However, CR offered inequitably across regions and available less than 15% remote areas The main goal this study was to design a program adapted contexts improve service patients. Methods We used an iterative user-centered approach understand user context services cardiac areas. conducted two co-design processes with knowledge users regions. This study investigates the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within Indian organizations. Employing a bibliometric analysis, research explores application AI-powered tools mitigating bias during recruitment performance evaluations. Findings suggest that anonymized applications skill-based assessments facilitated by AI can contribute to fairer decision-making processes. However, analysis also identifies significant ethical practical challenges, including data privacy concerns lack algorithmic transparency. Notably, highlights growing emphasis on developing fair algorithms integrating DE&I principles throughout design process. underscores critical need for robust frameworks ongoing tailored context. By navigating these complexities, organizations harness potential foster more inclusive equitable work environment.
