IntroductionThe current coronavirus pandemic has impacted the healthcare sector significantly. Online instruction has been one of the key delivery methods in midst COVID-19 pandemic due to school closures around globe. In accordance with Malaysia Education Blueprint (2013–2025), maximizing use information/communication technology emphasized scale up learning quality across Malaysia, including distance and self-paced learning. Abstract Background In Saudi Arabia, stay-at-home orders to address the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic between March 15 and 23, 2020 eased on May 28, 2020. The longitudinal quality of life (QoL) COVID-19 survivors, especially those with post-acute sequelae (PASC) is not well described. We evaluated QoL in our survivor cohort over 6 months using the RAND SF-36 survey. From July 2020-March 2021 we enrolled 110 adults from United States a positive SARS-CoV-2 nasopharyngeal polymerase chain reaction (PCR) into Northern Colorado Coronavirus Biobank (NoCo-COBIO). Demographic data and symptom surveillance were collected 62 adults. In total, 42% hospitalized, 58% non-hospitalized. Rand consists 36 questions 8 scales, are scored 0-100. A lower-scale score indicates lower QoL. conclusion, hospitalization, PASC, disease severity associated significantly scores on Physical Functioning, Role Limitation due to Health, Energy/Fatigue, Social General Health. Long-term monitoring survivors needed fully understand impact could have implications for interventions alleviate suffering during recovery.
