Objetivos: Avaliar a percepção dos profissionais de saúde em UTI no enfretamento da COVID-19 sobre mental. Metodologia: Trata-se uma revisão narrativa literatura, cujos descritores utilizados foram “COVID-19”, “profissionais saúde”, “unidade terapia intensiva” e “saúde mental”, suas combinações variantes inglês. As bases dados escolhidas National Library of Medicine (PubMed), Scientific Electronic Online (SciELO) Literatura Latino-Americana do Caribe Ciências Saúde (LILACS), além Google Acadêmico como base complementar. Foram selecionados artigos completos disponibilizados online, na língua inglesa ou portuguesa, publicados entre 2020 2022 que respondessem à pergunta norteadora estudo. Resultados Discussão: Ansiedade, irritabilidade, insônia, medo angústia os sinais sintomas mais observados durante pandemia, estando provavelmente relacionados carga trabalho extremamente alta falta equipamentos proteção individual. O perfil com compatíveis um possível diagnóstico transtorno ansiedade generalizada (TAG) são jovens, menos experiência profissional, trabalham horas, têm empregos temporários, rodízio precisam cuidar 20 pacientes COVID-19. Conclusão: pandemia trouxe repercussões negativas mental UTI. A sobrecarga serviço, associada fragilidade emocional ao lidar internados seus familiares, fez desenvolvessem (ou agravassem) problemas psicológicos e/ou psiquiátricos.

Objectives This study aimed to explore the perceptions of donation coordinators in Canada and understand how COVID-19 pandemic impacted their work activities. Design A sequential mixed-method design incorporating a cross-sectional survey investigating demographic data, substance use abuse perceived stress related semistructured qualitative interviews further investigate those. Smoking is a major public health problem in Croatia. It unknown to what extent nurses Croatia use interventions for smoking cessation help their patients. This study aimed analyze the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of hospital on interventions.We conducted cross-sectional Zagreb, Croatia, 2022 convenient sample nurses. We collected data with questionnaire that included sociodemographic questions about frequency implementation 5 A's (Ask, Advise, Assess, Assist, Arrange) during work using Helping Smokers Quit (HSQ) survey, participants' knowledge skills status nurses.There were 824 employed targeted departments; 258 participated (response rate: 31%). Among them, 43% responded they always ask patients tobacco products. Only 2.7% indicated patient stop smoking. Very few (2%) attended any training past two years helping quit smoking, 82% never had such training. 44% smokers. Nurses who smoked stated more frequently than nonsmokers should not be role models by avoiding (P 0.001). Additionally, less questioned inability did smoke = 0.010).Even though delivered proven effective, are used small number surveyed A have received them support smokers quitting. The high prevalence among may impact workplace efforts.

Occupational stress is a psychosocial risk in the workplace. Working conditions industrial settings may lead to occupational stress. In Benin, however, there little epidemiological data on settings. We aimed determine prevalence and factors associated with Benin 2019.This was prospective, cross-sectional study conducted from January 31 April 11, 2019, among 15 cotton ginning plants. Sampling exhaustive for permanent workers stratified clusters by shift occasional gin workers. Data were collected through Karasek Siegrist questionnaires. analysis performed using R software. Binary multivariable logistic regression performed. The significance level p < 0.05.Of 1883 included, 90.8% male. median age 38 years (IQR: 28 49 years). of 77.7% (95% CI: 75.8-79.6). Psychological demand high 93.0% 83.9% had low decision latitude. Among workers, 16.3% social support 89.9% recognition score at work. Objetivo: Mensurar os aspectos sociodemográficos, ambientais, de biologia humana e qualidade do sono dos profissionais saúde da Atenção Básica durante a pandemia COVID-19. Métodos: Estudo transversal, descritivo, com aplicação questionários sociodemográfico, laboral, Índice Qualidade Sono Pittsburgh em Unidades Saúde Família um Distrito Sanitário município Salvador no período março maio 2021. Resultados: 74,29% participantes apresentaram ruim; 65,71% sobrepeso 30,48% relataram hipertensão. O ruído ambiente laboral foi considerado elevado por 58,10% profissionais. Conclusão: Os trabalhadores níveis considerados ruins. A atenção à destes deve ser priorizada gestores fim proporcionar não apenas bem-estar, mas também serviços ofertados.
