The Information Consumer Experience (ICX) significantly impacts organizational performance. ICX is influenced by three key dimensions: personal, social, and organizational. However, no studies have provided a solid theoretical foundation for ICX. This study presents model that integrates these dimensions within the Theory of Motivated Management (TMIM) to offer comprehensive framework understanding analyzing in organizations. proposed combines factors TMIM framework, providing holistic view how information consumption affects employee performance outcomes. It emphasizes individual cognitive emotional responses, as well broader context which managed shared. Our findings show incorporating into strengthens model, addressing TMIM’s limitations more robust approach Specifically, inclusion beyond anxiety, role social interactions culture, impact structures technology policies enriches model. These suggest optimizing through improved management can enhance efficiency, satisfaction, overall fills gap literature, offering basis future research empirical exploration interaction between contexts.

Work alienation is a global concern for both public and private organizations. It has adverse effects on organizational productivity individual performance. Academic scholars practitioners have called systematic review to understand the factors behind this theoretical practical problem. This study responds these calls aims conduct of potential correlated with work in The search engines that were used find articles include Web Science, Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, JSTOR, ERIC, ScienceDirect, Directory Open Access Journals, ScienceOpen, Social Science Research Network (SSRN). Initially, 102 scientific selected using PRISMA methodology. After applying inclusion criteria 40 papers finally reviewed. results revealed job design, culture, workload, leadership styles, career development opportunities are alienation. suggests further studies other forms knowledge not included study.
