The Information Consumer Experience (ICX) significantly impacts organizational performance. ICX is influenced by three key dimensions: personal, social, and organizational. However, no studies have provided a solid theoretical foundation for ICX. This study presents model that integrates these dimensions within the Theory of Motivated Management (TMIM) to offer comprehensive framework understanding analyzing in organizations. proposed combines factors TMIM framework, providing holistic view how information consumption affects employee performance outcomes. It emphasizes individual cognitive emotional responses, as well broader context which managed shared. Our findings show incorporating into strengthens model, addressing TMIM’s limitations more robust approach Specifically, inclusion beyond anxiety, role social interactions culture, impact structures technology policies enriches model. Work alienation is a global concern for both public and private organizations. It has adverse effects on organizational productivity individual performance. Academic scholars practitioners have called systematic review to understand the factors behind this theoretical practical problem.
