Lung cancer, the second most prevalent cancer globally, poses significant challenges in early detection and prognostic assessment. Despite advancements targeted therapies immunotherapy, timely identification of relapse remains elusive. Blood-based liquid biopsy biomarkers, including circulating tumor cells (CTCs), cell-free DNA (cfDNA), (ctDNA), circulating-free RNAs (cfRNAs), extracellular vesicles (EVs)/exosomes, offer promise for non-invasive monitoring.

Abstract Glycosylation plays a pivotal role in the physiological and pathological processes of male reproduction. It impacts thousands proteins is actively ongoing through all stages reproduction, including spermatogenesis, maturation, capacitation, fertilization. However, our grasp on glycosylation within reproductive remains limited, largely due to technical hurdles. Recent advancements have seen mapping glycoproteome human semen, utilizing cutting‐edge glycoproteomic technologies. This breakthrough lays groundwork for in‐depth research into influence system related disorders. Nevertheless, field faces numerous challenges that necessitate further methodologies. In this analysis, we evaluated potential applications advanced techniques study reproduction summarized detailed profiling semen glycome glycoproteome. Our current understanding glycosylation's alongside recent progress glycoproteomics may equip biologists with comprehensive insight. Furthermore, analysis brought together findings abnormal its link disorders view glycomics glycoproteomics. can facilitate clinical application glyco‐related biomarkers targets treatment infertility.

Exosomes are tiny vesicles secreted by the vast majority of cells and play an important role in physiological as well pathological processes body. Circulating exosomes Lung Transplant Recipients (LTxR) undergoing rejection contain mismatched Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) lung-associated autoantigens (e.g., K-alpha1 microtubule protein collagen V), which may induce autoantibodies, circulating trigger immune response that results lung transplant recipient. This article discusses transplantation from three perspectives: a biomarker for after transplantation; mechanism exosome-mediated activation response; potential therapeutic strategy.

Exosomes play important role in biological functions, including both normal and disease process. Multiple cell types can secret exosomes, which act as message carriers. Increased evidences reveal that exosomes are promising diagnosis biomarkers malignant tumors. In this study, we enrolled 78 participants, 20 lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), 18 squamous carcinoma (LUSC), benign diseases (LUBN) healthy controls (NL) performed parallel reaction-monitoring (PRM)-mass spectrometry to screening the proteomic variation by label free analysis from all groups, has been widely used quantify detect target proteins. Total 14 protein were identified candidate biomarkers, complement components C9, apolipoprotein B (APOB), filamin A (FLNA), guanine nucleotide binding G subunit 2 (GNB2), fermitin family homolog 3 (FERMT3) showed significantly differentiation total cancer (LUAD LUSC together), then obtained combination of 5 proteins area under curve (AUC), sensitivity (SN) specificity (SP) 63.0%, 65.0%, 75.0%, respectively, comparison NL group. And LUAD panel, peroxiredoxin 6 (PRDX6), integrin alpha-IIb (ITGA2B) hemoglobin delta (HBD) revealed AUC was 95.0%, SN 90.0% SP 95.0% controls. analysis, fibronectin 1 (FN1), pregnancy zone (PZP) C1q tumor necrosis factor related (C1QTNF3) 88.1%, 100% paralleled with Finally FLNA, PZP overexpressed H1299 A549 lines results indicated C9 acted oncogenic increasing proliferation, migration invasion cells, while FLNA played tumor-suppression inhibition functions cells. Taken together, our study multiple exosomal could be applied cancer.
