Bee pollen is characterized by an exceptional diversity and abundance of micronutrients bioactive phytochemicals. This richness remains very sparsely investigated, but accumulating evidence strongly supports a promising future for bee in human nutrition medicine. Epigenetic regulation among the most compelling biomedical topics that remain completely untapped derivative research. In our current research, we identified numerous ubiquitous compounds are consistently present this matrix, regardless its botanical geographical origins, have been well studied documented as epigenetic regulators recent years. Given relative newness both research studies within nutritional, pharmaceutical, medical sciences, review aims to bridge these valuable fields advance related experimental investigations. To best knowledge, first work has aimed comprehensively investigate modulatory potential compounds. Our findings also unveiled several intriguing phenomena, such dual effect same compound depending on cellular context or some cross-generational heritability traits. Although whole extract still lacking, study clearly indicates avenue worth further We hope constitutes foundational cornerstone investigations

Where climate change and population aging intersect, challenges opportunities for society arise. While older adults are uniquely vulnerable to the effects of change, they can also significantly contribute action environmental sustainability [1]. 'Green Longevity' is a new framework that integrates sustainable green lifestyles with healthy aging. Green longevity highlights importance increasing resilience in through infrastructure supports them adapting their behaviors. The aligns public health strategies promote environmentally friendly it establishes vital role play community adaptation [2, 3]. Exploring practical implementing this crucial if we want wellbeing as rapidly changing.Older physiologically, socio-economically, psychologically changes, so interventions must be comprehensive targeted. Climate exacerbates existing issues, particularly extreme weather events like heatwaves cold snaps, which aggravate chronic conditions raise mortality rates [3]. poses risks mental social integration [4]. Many already isolated, limit access emergency services support. Older may suffer psychological stress from climate-related disruptions; example, displacement or loss natural disasters disproportionately harms adults, exacerbating feelings isolation anxiety [5]. limited by socio-economic constraints hinder ability recover events, deepen vulnerability reduce overall resilience. Interventions thus multifaceted approach, encompassing monitoring, support, improving [6].Several promising warrant our consideration. Among these, urban greening wellness tourism stand out, since address both needs. Urban zones have mitigated heat islands. Heat islands affect [7] and, along other characteristics, [8]. Glycation Stress (GS), induced by advanced glycation end-products (AGEs), significantly impacts aging processes. This study introduces a new model of GS Caenorhabditis elegans feeding them Escherichia coli OP50 cultured in glucose-enriched medium, which better simulates human dietary compared to previous single protein–glucose cross-linking methods. Utilizing WormCNN, deep learning model, we assessed the health status and calculated Healthy Aging Index (HAI) worms with or without GS. Our results demonstrated accelerated group, evidenced increased autofluorescence altered gene expression key regulators, daf-2 daf-16. Additionally, observed elevated pharyngeal pumping rates AGEs-fed worms, suggesting an addictive response similar patterns. highlights profound effects on worm underscores critical role computer vision accurately assessing aiding establishment disease models. The findings provide insights into glycation-induced offer comprehensive approach studying

Background: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a prevalent musculoskeletal disorder, often complicated by comorbid conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, metabolic syndromes, and mental health issues. These comorbidities significantly impact the progression of OA effectiveness its management, posing challenges for comprehensive patient care. Objectives: This review examines relationship between common comorbidities, focusing on conditions, mood disorders. We also explore pharmacological non-pharmacological treatments in these patients, emphasizing importance integrated care strategies. Methods: Data from multiple studies were analyzed to assess association conditions. The examined mortality risk, incidents, syndrome, diabetes, obesity, disorders, while considering effects various treatment modalities, particularly non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Results: Cardiovascular including coronary heart disease, are linked OA, with functional limitations impaired mobility being major contributors increased risks mortality. NSAIDs, commonly prescribed present substantial renal risks, complicating their use patients pre-existing Metabolic obesity highly associated reduced quality life exacerbation symptoms. Furthermore, disorders like depression anxiety among leading vicious cycle pain psychological distress that worsens outcomes. Conclusions: closely related necessitating holistic, multimodal approach treatment. Beyond pharmacologic interventions, lifestyle changes, psychosocial support, careful management essential improving outcomes patients.
