The development of tolerance is the main component Early Childhood Education in Child-Friendly Schools (ECE-CFS). This study aimed to examine types and quantity distribution best practices implemented by ECE-CFS develop early childhood. research used a qualitative approach involving 102 (one hundred two) teachers as respondents. Respondents answered 5 questions via Google Forms. Multicultural knowledge among students is essential to building diversity and harmony in social life. This study illustrates the importance of multiculturalism fostering a sense empathy, tolerance, cooperation, care interactions. In addition, this also aims analyze Muslim students’ about multiculturalism. Students’ presented based on information obtained through questionnaires interviews. research was conducted West Kalimantan, with data source being students, 40 respondents from various ethnic backgrounds who were Muslim. The current era of development demands continuous improvement in the knowledge and skills human resources. effective management teacher field education requires well-structured approaches. This study aims to describe explain resource context 21st-century at Qur'an Platinum Kindergarten, covering planning, implementation, evaluation stages. A qualitative research method was employed, using a descriptive case approach. This study investigates multicultural attitudes among 168 ECE teacher candidates from four state Islamic universities in Indonesia, using a quantitative descriptive design and the Multicultural Attitudes Survey for Teachers. Results indicate high average attitude score of 74.12, with demonstrating confidence managing classrooms promoting cultural pride children. However, their are primarily based on personal interactions rather than formal coursework. Interviews 27 respondents further explore education practices during teaching practicum, revealing need improved collaboration parents greater emphasis both curricula. Practical implications include integrating into programs, fostering experiential learning development, expanding coverage curricula to enhance children's awareness.
