This

identifies
the
features
of
social
capital
(SC)
development
and
its
relationship
with
competitiveness
based
on
a
two-tier
analysis:

Abstract
In

work,

firms
are
more

sustainable
than
nonfamily

dimensions,

on

COVID-19
pandemic
has
brought
many
changes

people's
lives.
