This study aimed to establish how entrepreneurial social capital influenced the Performance of MSMEs in Mombasa so as gain an understanding which strategies need be formulated stimulate performance MSMEs. This contribution identifies the features of social capital (SC) development and its relationship with competitiveness based on a two-tier analysis: (1) SC key indicators human at macroeconomic level; (2) impact components financial non-financial enterprise competitiveness.The peculiarities are revealed using statistical data 171 countries, in particular, value sub-index as constituent global sustainability index from 2014 to 2020.The differences determined via cluster analysis performed by means software STATISTICA 10.0.As result, it was uncovered that world countries highly heterogeneous level development, differences, which narrowed slightly 2017-2019, showed an increase again identified where is highest, also among leaders terms development.Regarding growth enterprise, we found out influenced mainly relational cognitive capital.These findings were obtained result our own survey conducted representative sample owners managerial staff December 2020 -March 2021.

Abstract In this work, we address the conflicting results that appear in literature regarding whether family firms are more or less sustainable than nonfamily each of three dimensions, by focusing on group has been largely disregarded: small‐ and medium‐sized (family SMEs). The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes into people's lives. Fear, job insecurity, in their financial stability, concerns about future lives have changed the entire of people and affected cognitive well-being individuals. purpose present analysis is to measure how pandemic, along with factors, perceived level We are also interested whether there differences between life before COVID-19, now after terms expectations. To address this objective, we performed an ANOVA approach a GLM estimate on repeated measures for large sample (1572 respondents) from 43 worldwide countries, during period May 2020 July 2021. Our results show that factors reflected by both size income personal or family affect levels happiness. Robustness checks using stress as alternative estimator happiness consolidated our results. Purpose Survivability capital is a unique resource resulting from the “familiness” constituting an inherent feature of family firms.
