<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">The article discusses the problem of professional involvement a teacher-psychologist in inclusive educational process school and his role creating an environment (IEE). The results federal monitoring state schools Russian Federation indicators related to psychological pedagogical support for students with special needs organizations (EO) are considered, namely: 85% OOs provide socio-psychological children who find themselves difficult life situations situations, consultations account 84%, 78% institutions conduct individual correctional classes, which indicates high level support. 76% public have Regulations on services, 85.2% council; Offices psychologists provided 71% schools. Based discussion data, conclusions drawn about need development formation their competencies building environment.</span></p>

The article discusses the results of an empirical study focused on comparative analysis characteristics social situation development in normatively developing primary school children and with disabilities studying inclusive education. sample consisted 14 teachers 328 students from two educational complexes Moscow at age 7 to 11 years, including 18 a disability status , confirmed by PMPK. following methods were used: sociometry, “Color Test Relationship”, criterion-oriented observation classroom, interviews teachers, individual cases. Research data indicates that is average lower than their classmates. In addition, have low level self-esteem more often peers without disabilities. It was shown demonstrate positive emotional attitude attitude, i.e. choosing as partners for joint activities, towards classmates
