Emerging evidence has validated the vital role of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in chemoresistance cancer treatment. In present study, we investigate function lncRNA NR2F1-AS1 on oxaliplatin (OXA) resistance hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and discover underlying molecular mechanism. Results revealed that was up-regulated oxaliplatin-resistant HCC tissue cells using microarray analysis RT-PCR. Primary or acquired resistance to cetuximab often occurs during targeted therapy in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients. In many cancers, the key role of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) urothelial carcinoma-associated 1 (UCA1) anticancer drug has been confirmed. Emerging evidence shown that specific exosomal lncRNAs may serve as meaningful biomarkers. this study, we hypothesize UCA1 might predict response CRC patients.First, cetuximab-resistant cell lines were generated, and expressions these cells their exosomes compared.
