Surfactants and nanoparticles have been effectively used for environmental remediation many years. Over the years, various methods developed to synthesize using different surfactants obtain a s higher treatment efficiency organic contaminated soil. This review an overview of soil surfactant-stabilized Fe-based nanoparticles, mostly nanoscale zero-valent iron (nZVI). In addition, use other stabilizers mechanisms stabilization are discussed.
