This study explores the development of advanced protein-based drug delivery systems for doxorubicin (DOX), an anticancer agent, incorporating both radionuclide (technetium-99m complexes) and fluorescence (Methylene Blue (MB), Indocyanine Green (IG), cyanine AK7-5 squaraine SQ1) imaging modalities. Building upon previous research on albumin-based carriers, this work expands scope by introducing transferrin (TRF) as a complementary protein component to create more sophisticated targeted platform. Molecular docking technique was employed design characterize multimodal that incorporate radiopharmaceuticals near-infrared fluorescent dyes. The results demonstrate technetium-99m-based are capable strong noncovalent binding human serum albumin (HSA) its complexes with transferrin. A comprehensive analysis scores interacting amino acid residues reveals HSA-TRF-TcHyn/TcMEB/TcDIS-DOX-IG/SQ1 show highest potential experimental testing further development. In the last few decades, there has been a growing interest in use of biodegradable polymeric nanoparticles (BPNPs) as carriers for various therapeutic agents drug delivery systems. BPNPs have potential to improve efficacy numerous active by facilitating targeted desired site body. Biodegradable polymers are especially promising nanocarriers substances characterized poor solubility, instability, rapid metabolism, and system elimination. Such molecules can be efficiently encapsulated subsequently released from nanoparticles, which greatly improves their stability bioavailability. Biopolymers seem most suitable candidates used platforms, due biocompatibility biodegradability. Chemotherapy for cancer frequently uses platinum-based medications, including oxaliplatin, carboplatin, and cisplatin; however, due to their high systemic toxicity, lack of selectivity, drug resistance, other side effects, medications have very limited clinical application. As a first-line medication in antitumor therapy, oxaliplatin must be administered minimize effects while achieving anticancer objectives. A new CDC7 inhibitor called XL413 has demonstrated promising therapeutic variety malignant tumors may properties.
