During
lockdowns
associated
with
the
COVID-19
pandemic,
individuals

sleep
quality
and
regularity,
changes
in
lifestyle
behaviours,
heightened
depression
anxiety.

inter-relationship
relative
strength
of
those
behaviours
on
mental
health
outcomes
is

unknown.

collected
data
between

2020

1048
South
African
adults

32.76
