Volunteers are considerable human source in disasters. The stress, pressure and difficult conditions of disasters can lead to violations safety rules by employees, especially young people. Safety may stoppage or failure the activities. This research focus on volunteers’ behaviours violating Based job demands-resources (JD-R) theory, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews from individuals working regions affected 6 February 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquake. sample consisted 17 disaster volunteers between ages 18-26 who eligible for criterion sampling. analysed thematically, theory-oriented deductively. As a result thematic analysis, 3 themes, namely work demands, resources violation rules, 16 categories under these themes discovered. Results implies that use against intense demands. Purpose While previous research in career studies has highlighted the positive impact of several leadership behaviors on followers’ work and success, less is known about how emergent topic inclusive shapes task performance. Using an approach job demands-resources theory, we developed a novel sequential mediation model which indirectly facilitates performance through self-initiating behavior motivation. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between servant leadership, employee innovative behavior and knowledge performance in knowledge-based firms. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative approach was used conduct present study. respondents were sampled from firms Iran. With the advancement of digital technology, coal mining has gradually become technologically intelligent, but incidence coal-mine accidents caused by personal unsafe behavior is still very high.
