In this study, the relationship between happiness and organizational commitment in workers fishing sector of City Chimbote was investigated. This study investigates the moral dilemmas that arise with incorporating Chat GPT into higher education, a focus on situation in Latinoamerican institutions of learning. The surveyed 220 people via online questionnaire to learn more about their experiences and motivations for using AI-powered conversational agents. This study's main objective was to determine how the use of ChatGPT has impacted digitalized education system among Peruvian university students. study used descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis using data collected randomly from 216 students’ responses on Twitter website various experiences they have ChatGPT. This study aims to explore the relationship between digital transformation and circular economy practices in universities. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar los elementos clave que permiten un liderazgo inclusivo para el desarrollo educativo peruano, a través de la experiencia canadiense. Mediante enfoque mixto, se utilizó diseño anidado concurrente varios niveles, muestra conformó por dos grupos: 1029 participantes 20 instituciones educativas en Perú y Canadá, quienes aplicó escala LEI-Q, segundo grupo estuvo conformado 10 directores canadienses focus group.
