This aimed probe from a socioecological model (SEM) perspective. In 2021, cross-sectional survey was performed recruit participants in China. data were analyzed using multivariate generalized linear identify adults. Standardized regression coefficients (β) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) estimated model. The contained 1147 valid adult participants. Multivariate results showed that age [aged 71-80 (β = -0.61), ≥ 81 -1.12)], conscientiousness personality trait -0.27), higher family health levels -0.23) inclined have better behaviors. education [junior high school 1.03), junior college above 1.71)], general self-efficacy 0.09), more severe depression symptoms 0.24), employment 0.82) tended poorer behaviors. This identified specifically an SEM perspective. comprehensive multiple-angle perspective consideration may be valuable idea for studying

Methods We used data from 2018 wave of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey, which included 12,214 individuals aged ≥ 60. derived self-reported data, defining multimorbidity as presence two or more concurrent diseases. A binary logistic regression model was utilized investigate The accounted for some demographic features, socioeconomic conditions, social participation, conditions. Subsequently, we conducted subgroup analyses examine potential interaction effects. Results Residential associated with multimorbidity, even after adjusting confounding factors. Compared those living > 300 m roadways, OR 201-300 m, 101-200 50-100 < 50 increased. When using a cutoff point 200 risk stronger in participants education levels 6 years ( P = 0.017). Conclusion Our findings provide important implications improving area siting, transportation policies, environmental regulations reduce caused by traffic-related exposure.
