This study aims to produce teaching materials in Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) based on STEM an Islamic context improve creative thinking skills the human digestive system. The development process involved validity testing by six experts, readability 18 students, and field trials one biology teacher 36 students. results indicate that developed E-LKPD is highly valid effective. achieved average rating of 90.87%, classified as feasible. Regarding readability, it scored 98.84%, indicating appropriate for users. Furthermore, revealed positive feedback from teachers with feasibility ratings 91.26% 98.49%, respectively, confirming very well-received effective practical use. There increase ability think creatively measured through test instruments. significantly enhances students' abilities implementing E-LKPD. Before using E-LKPD, score was 34.86, which increased 72.08 after implementation, N-Gain 0.55, categorized medium. These demonstrate suitable learning activities effectively improves skills.

Objective: This research aims to evaluate how integrating ICT teaching materials in science learning enhances students' active involvement and develops critical 21st-century skills necessary for their daily lives future careers. Method: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used this study review recent on improve the 21st century. The results obtained were 23 articles. Results: analysis shows that 1) E-modules are most widely material, 2) Improving skills, namely thinking. Thus, e-modules an ideal solution support development of thinking modern era. Novelty: novelty lies its emphasis as a particularly effective tool nurturing among students. focus represents significant advancement educational field by demonstrating can serve targeted strategic approach cultivating essential skills. In the 21st century, evolution of educational methodologies has significantly transformed Islamic Religious Education (IRE). This era demands students to acquire diverse competencies essential for their future, positioning IRE as crucial in mitigating adverse effects rapidly advancing science. To successfully navigate 21st-century education, an integration religious and scientific knowledge is imperative. approach aims provide with a comprehensive understanding foster good values counteract immoral behaviors. research focuses on evaluating integrated learning concepts implementing 4C Skills (Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity) among students. A qualitative approach, specifically systematic literature review, was employed. The review involved meticulous selection screening based predetermined inclusion exclusion criteria. findings reveal that integrating science can manifest evaluations. Implementing concept evaluations positively influences student activities, spanning cognitive, affective, psychomotor aspects, aided by incorporation environments.

Many studies on ethnoscience-based problem-based learning models have an impact students' thinking skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness improve creative skills in chemistry learning. This used a meta-analysis method. Electronic student worksheets (e-worksheet) are needed as alternative teaching materials in learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan E-LKPD pada materi segitiga melalui eksplorasi bangunan rumah bari Pangkalan Balai yang valid dan praktis.
