Therefore, this study examined the role of digital driving government efficiency among parastatals Lagos, Nigeria. A structured questionnaire on variables was developed descriptive survey research approach used to harvest information from employees five purposively selected Lagos state. Learning in the era of Fourth Industrial Revolution requires innovation learning, one which is through learning media. This research aims to develop an electronic (e-module) for Computer Network Practicum based on Problem-Based (PBL) Peer Tutoring (PT) test its effectiveness enhancing 21st-century skills among students. Digital learning (DL) in vocational education has become a crucial issue that continues to be developed for innovation, including the automotive engineering department.
