Research background: This article discusses how artificial intelligence (AI) is affecting workers' personal and professional lives, because of many technological disruptions driven by the recent pandemic that are redefining global labor markets. Purpose article: The objective this paper to develop a systematic review relevant literature identify effects change, especially adoption AI in organizations, on employees’ skills (professional dimension) well-being (personal dimension). Methods: To implement research scope, authors relied Khan's five-step methodology, which included PRISMA flowchart with embedded keywords for selecting appropriate quantitative data study. Firstly, 639 scientific papers published between March 2020 2023 (the end COVID-19 according WHO) from Scopus Web Science (WoS) databases were selected. After applying procedures techniques, 103 articles retained, focused dimension, while 35 component. Many studies have investigated how organizational support systems, remote work adaptation, and control over scheduling reduced psychological burnout occupational stress, thus improving employee wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic. This systematic literature review has analyzed significant published peer-reviewed evidence concerning employees lacking constant outbreak experienced escalated job demands, professional strain, low satisfaction performance, increased burnout. Throughout February 2023, a quantitative covering scholarly databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest was performed, with following search terms: “COVID-19” + “remote burnout,” “professional stress,” “employee emotional exhaustion.” By inspecting research between 2020 2022, total 311 articles satisfied eligibility criteria. Excluding sources in PRISMA terms, 44 empirical were finally selected. Methodological quality assessment tools Assessing Quality Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR), Appraisal tool for Cross-Sectional Studies (AXIS), Mixed Methods Tool (MMAT), Review Data Repository (SRDR) employed. visualization (VOSviewer Dimensions), integrating layout algorithms bibliometric mapping, harnessed. Excessive technology use in the post-pandemic context: how work connectivity behavior increases procrastination at work DOI

Purpose Using role stress theory, this study examines how work connectivity behavior (WCB) blurs the lines between employees' and personal lives, thereby encouraging procrastination at (PAW). The also investigates importance of remote self-efficacy (RWSE) as mediating moderating factors, respectively. Design/methodology/approach direct indirect relationships WCB PAW using hierarchical regression data from 415 Chinese teleworkers. RWSE is estimated a second-stage moderator. Findings findings indicate that has (via stress) positive influence on PAW; however, these effects are weaker among employees with higher (vs lower) RWSE. Practical implications This assists managers organizations in developing more efficient ways maximizing employee organizational performance while minimizing counterproductive behaviors associated excessive technology use. Originality/value By investigating links post-pandemic context, adds new perspective use for non-work purposes can be counterproductive.

In this regard, sellers redefined their strategies revolving around smartphone applications for online shopping, which will gradually become global shopping standard. Ethical management is key to ensuring organizational sustainability, through resources such as autonomy or self-efficacy. However, economic and social uncertainty occasionally leads adaptive responses that prioritize profit the primary interest, blurring integrating role of ethical leadership. This sector-specific cross-sectional research explores how leadership influences self-efficacy among teleworkers, active commitment job autonomy, an egoistic climate hinders influence.
