Method A total 1,347 teachers participated study, completing validated scales to measure key constructs providing information such as gender, age, level, title, location. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, equation modeling (SEM). Mediation effects assessed through bootstrapping, was multigroup SEM. Results Demographic analyses revealed significant differences. Male reported higher engagement, while female experienced slightly greater exhaustion. Younger those with lower titles stress Rural urban exhibited comparable levels most variables, except for reporting Teacher competency directly influenced (28.27% effect) indirectly achievement being strongest mediator (25.97% effect). Sequential mediation pathways involving factors but weaker magnitude. Structural analysis confirmed that consistent genders, demonstrating robust applicability male populations. Conclusion is a driver operating both direct indirect mechanisms, particularly by alleviating enhancing achievement. These findings underscore importance interventions aimed at fostering well-being, including management programs development opportunities, addressing demographic-specific needs.
