Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the main fatal cancers. Cell signaling such as Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator transcription (JAK/STAT) substantially influences process gene expression cell growth. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play regulatory roles in signaling, proliferation, fate. Hence, lncRNAs can be considered biomarkers The inhibitory or activating effects different on JAK/STAT pathway regulate proliferation tumor suppression. Additionally, immune responses which a role immunotherapy. Mechanisms CRC via regulation mainly include invasion, metastasis, apoptosis, adhesion, control inflammation. Abstract The etiology of epilepsy is ascribed to the synchronized aberrant neuronal activity within brain. Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a class non‐coding characterized by their circular structures and covalent linkage, exert substantial influence on this phenomenon. CircRNAs possess stereotyped replication, transience, repetitiveness, paroxysm. Additionally, MicroRNA (miRNA) plays crucial role in regulation diverse pathological processes, including epilepsy. CircRNA particular significance due its ability function as competing endogenous RNA, thereby sequestering or inhibiting miRNA through binding target mRNA. Our review primarily concentrates elucidating functional roles, well underlying mechanisms, circRNA–miRNA–mRNA networks it explores potential utility these for early detection therapeutic intervention.

Introduction: Despite the abundance of research indicating participation immune cells in prostate cancer development, establishing a definitive cause-and-effect relationship has proven to be difficult undertaking. Methods: This study employs Mendelian randomization (MR), leveraging genetic variables related from publicly available genome-wide association studies (GWAS), investigate this association. The primary analytical method used is inverse variance weighting (IVW) analysis. Comprehensive sensitivity analyses were conducted assess heterogeneity and horizontal pleiotropy results. Results: identifies four cell traits as causally contributing risk, including CD127- CD8+ T %CD8+ (OR = 1.0042, 95%CI:1.0011–1.0073, p 0.0077), CD45RA on CD39+ resting CD4 regulatory 1.0029, 95%CI:1.0008–1.0050, 0.0065), CD62L− Dendritic Cell Absolute Count 1.0016; 95%CI:1.0005–1.0026; 0.0039), CX3CR1 CD14+ CD16− monocyte 1.0024, 95%CI:1.0007–1.0040, 0.0060). Additionally, two are identified protective factors: 0.9975, 95%CI:0.9958–0.9992, 0.0047), FSC-A plasmacytoid 0.9983, 95%CI:0.9970–0.9995, 0.0070). Sensitivity indicated no pleiotropy. Discussion: Our MR provide evidence for causal between cancer, holding implications clinical diagnosis treatment.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a kind of malignant tumor with high metastasis. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are involved in progression, but their functions and mechanisms not well understood. Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) has been discovered as an alternative way to supply nutrition accelerate including NPC. We previously found that circCCNB1 (derived from cyclin B1) could inhibit the migration invasion NPC cells by binding nuclear factor 90 (NF90), however, whether additional biological still unclear. In this study, effects NF90 on generation miR‐15b‐5p miR‐7‐1‐3p were detected using qRT‐PCR, western blotting, RNA pulldown, ribonucleoprotein immunoprecipitation truncated experiments.
