Assumptions
regarding
digital
technologies
in
business
schools
have
become
part
of
the
hidden
curriculum.
It
is
generally
assumed
that
students
same
levels
access
and
prior
exposure
to

literacies
(IDL)
skills.
Little
attention
has
been
given
issues
social-digital
inequalities
impact
this
curriculum
on

disadvantaged
backgrounds.
In
study,
using
a
phenomenographic
approach,
we
examine
how
rural,
socio-economically
backgrounds
Pakistan,
experienced
context
full-time,
in-person
MBA
program.
The
findings
reveal
initially
had
an
alienating
experience
which

most
transitions
either
engaged
or
instrumental
experience.
While
exercised
agency
transitioning
alienation
was

their

effort,

Previous
research
on
technology
implementation
in
rural
schools
has
focused
two
types
of
challenges:

access
to
internet-ready
technological
devices
and
