This research aims to reveal the principal's scheme for improving competence of productive teachers at State Vocational Schools in Banda Aceh City. The method used this is a descriptive with qualitative approach. data collection technique was carried out using triangulation, analysis inductive/qualitative, and results were emphasized more. findings show that program improve teacher professional includes in-house training, educational seminars, workshops, use IT tools learning. . Additionally, strategy involves facilitating training seminars encourage effective lesson plans provide guidance less competent teachers. terms supporting factors increasing competence, including discipline, appreciation, infrastructure. This research discusses the implementation of singing method in enhancing reading skills first-grade students at SDN 30 Mattirowalie, Palopo City. The main objective this study is to describe early instruction and evaluate its impact on students' abilities. adopts a classroom action approach, combining qualitative quantitative descriptive methods data collection analysis. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, tests conducted throughout cycle. process divided into four stages: planning, implementation, reflection. researcher acts as teacher, implementing instruction, while homeroom teacher serves an observer collect observational data. proves be effective, evidenced by increased student enthusiasm teaching learning significant improvement average test scores end each results consistently improve from cycle score I was 38.2, 57.6 II, finally reached peak III with 78.6. exceeds Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) set school 70, leading termination target has been successfully achieved.

This research aims to investigate how the curriculum is innovated in Tahfizhul Qur'an learning media at Purbabaru Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School. The method used qualitative. findings of this are as follows: boarding school employs a unique approach, primarily utilizing classical books that not arranged linearly (Kitab Turash). School Purbabaru, North Sumatra, follows Mu'ilah curriculum, an internally designed tailored needs school, incorporating various innovations aligned with community and goals established by school. In the context of education, teachers play a critical and decisive role in educational process. It is expected that multiculturalism an awareness its values should be integral to teacher’s approach. Teachers must possess multicultural competence, essential for promoting within society, particularly Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This article aims to explain guidance and counseling techniques through muhasabah Qur'ani in strengthening children's empathy at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 03 Jember. This study delves into the satisfaction level of parents regarding educational services provided by Aisyoyah Kindergarten in Sukabumi City. There are five dimensions services: Tangibles (Physical Evidence), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The research addresses two main questions: (1) To what extent satisfied with at City? This research aims to determine the description of students' learning activities using Android learning-to-read application and improvement in reading skills class I at SDN 41 Batu Putih, Palopo City. This article is based on research conducted at nationally accredited State Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKIN) in Indonesia, which have already begun implementing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus (MBKM) curriculum. The informants serving as data sources consist of 15 students participating International Mobility Program (IMP). The study aimed to analyze the items on students' daily test questions PPKN subjects made by teacher measure learning outcomes during previous lesson process.
