This article describes the influence of school culture and work motivation on quality at SMKN 1 Pungging Mojokerto. has used quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The purpose of this research: 1). To determine the performance teachers and quality education in MTs Nurul Hikam Kapongan. 2). find out leadership madrasah principals’ quality. 3). supporting habiting factors improving teacher Kapongan Situbondo. In study, a qualitative approach was used with field observation study design. Data collection techniques in-depth interviews, participant observation, documented studies. collected data is analyzed repeatedly. credibility checked matched between results interview existing documents. result indicates that decision-making carried by head considering humanitarian side (high tolerance). Sometimes assisted subordinates sometimes foundation participates structured, planned, programmed, flexible process.

This article aims to develop video learning media specifically crafted assist educators in presenting materials more tangibly and understandably, particularly within early childhood education. Guided by the Research Development (R&D) process, study focuses on two primary objectives: (1) elucidating intricacies of developing STEAM-based for Early Childhood Education, incorporating Religious Moral Values, (2) evaluating appropriateness effectiveness such educational context. Adopting ADDIE development model, research encompasses five pivotal stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The validation process developed product entails collaboration with media, material, design experts, complemented feedback from colleagues. One-to-one tests, Small Group Tests, Field Test methods are employed assess media. Validation results these experts affirm that aligns seamlessly criteria successful application settings. During implementation phase involving 15 students, it became evident this was an effective tool. post-test scores surpassing pre-test indicate product's efficacy enhancing understanding morning phenomena, instilling religious moral values, fostering STEAM creativity

This research aims to analyze the policies, implementation strategies, and influence of policies Principal Islamic Middle School improve competence educators education staff based on independent curriculum perspective. used a qualitative approach with case study method. The informants in this were school principal, deputy principal for curriculum, educators/teachers, staff. data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentary studies. analysis technique Miles Huberman model following stages: (1) Data Collection, (2) Reduction, (3) Presentation, (4) Conclusion Drawing/Verification. validity triangulation techniques, including source technical triangulation. results show that: implemented by School, among others, recruitment educational is always adjusted their qualifications or abilities, placement competency, fostering active communicative relationships staff, giving awards who excel; strategy includes: regular meetings, training, supervision, Subject Teacher Working Groups (MGMP), follow-up studies, benchmarking; policy increased accreditation, student achievement, high public trust. conclusion implement personnel from Independent Curriculum
