This article aims to examine the implementation of Curriculum Management at Ma'had Al-Bittsat Addiyah Yala, an educational institution in Southern Thailand with a majority Muslim population. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive approach. findings reveal that Yala commences curriculum planning, involving formulation annual, semester, and teaching plans. school department collaborate ensure smooth execution by integrating elements from both institutional government curricula. Furthermore, control exercised through classroom monitoring, supervision teacher accommodations, student dormitory management. Ongoing evaluations, including monthly assessments, evaluations following semester examinations, assessments learning outcomes (both written oral), are utilized enhance curriculum. To support Management, several facilitating factors have been identified. These include flexibility tailor religious education needs students, specialized training aligned their fields, availability adequate facilities infrastructure. Nevertheless, challenges persist, such as students' reduced interest subjects crowded schedules. Therefore, recommendations proposed attractiveness subjects, provide further for teachers based on specializations, improve efficiency class schedule. this hold significant implications understanding management context Thailand, serving foundation future improvements.

Phet simulation is a computer-based practicum medium that helps to increase students’ engagement and understanding through concept visualization. Even though there have been numerous studies on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) related simulation, TAM study of combined with certain learning methods rarely observed. We propose an advanced version by including external variables system quality, user characteristics, instructor. This quantitative design descriptive, explanatory type. model was tested using online questionnaire disseminated 49 students finished taking basic natural sciences subjects based problem-based learning. This study is an evaluation that aims to analyze the development of religious and moral values aspects early childhood. The method used a qualitative method, where data are collected through in-depth discussions with logical model analysis in childhood (NAM) programs. results found three important things, namely first, so far value-based learning for done understanding symbols, daily routine worship practices, prayers, while strengthening fairy tales containing good values. Understanding implemented variably according needs each school. also identified some weaknesses cultivation childhood, activities can obscure children's lack enthusiasm due mistakes approaches not adapted psychological development. Variations teaching methods appropriate psychology cause distorted become shallow. A holistic diverse approach takes into account characteristics child needed ensure effective sustainable.

This research is a descriptive study that aims to investigate the impact of teacher work quality on student learning achievement at SD Negeri Durensawit. The participants involved in observation consisted two groups: teachers and students. had similar educational scales but diverse teaching observations. All participating an undergraduate background. used questionnaires tests as data collection instruments. Data from questionnaire was analyzed using quantitative approach by calculating exposure for each criterion contained survey. Meanwhile, interviews were descriptively interpreting findings. results this evaluated (1) performance has significant influence improving students' mathematics outcomes, (2) higher efforts made educators planning, conducting, concluding process, greater chance improve student’s (3) teachers' experience also plays important role outcomes.
