Background:Regular consumption of nuts and peanuts may reduce the risk cardiovascular disease due to bioactive compounds found within them. Previous research suggests that including seeds as part an overall healthy dietary pattern help manage blood pressure, cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting glucose levels, but few studies have examined specific effect dry-roasted, skinless on these outcomes. Objective:The objective was examine regular markers metabolic health among women. Methods:This a pre-post test study. Eligible women were randomized into either intervention group (49 g peanuts/day, n=30) or control (participants’ usual diet minus peanuts, n=28) for 12 weeks. Anthropometrics, glucose, pressure levels measured at baseline end-line. Results:There no significant between-group differences any outcomes interest. For peanut group, there within-group decrease in systolic (-7.0 mmHg; 95% CI: 1.3, 12.6), increase total: HDL cholesterol ratio from endline (0.2; -0.3, 0.02). There diastolic (-6.3 2.0, 10.6). Conclusion:Among young women, addition daily does not appear negatively affect body composition by BMI, waist circumference, fat percentage. Further is needed fully elucidate indicators different populations. Keywords: Nuts, Peanuts, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Metabolic Health, Women

Anxiety disorders disproportionally affect females and are frequently comorbid with eating disorders. With the emerging field of nutritional psychiatry, focus has been put on impact diet quality in anxiety pathophysiology gut microbiome underlying mechanisms. While relationship between is bidirectional, improving dietary habits could better facilitate actions pharmacological psychological therapies, or prevent their use. A understanding how bacteria mediate moderate such further contribute to develop personalized programs inform probiotics prebiotics manufacturing. To date, studies that look simultaneously at diet, microbiome, missing as only pairwise relationships among them have investigated. Therefore, this study aims summarizing integrating existing knowledge effects microbiome. Findings critically summarized reinterpreted relation findings (i) composition, (ii) associations abundance certain anxiety. This novel interpretation suggests a theoretical model where mediated and/or modulated by through multiple In parallel, evaluates methodologies employed investigate highlighting lack systematic operationalization assessment strategies. it ultimately proposes evidence-based approach can enhance validity, reliability, systematicity, translation clinical community settings.

Abstract The incidence of cognitive decline is rising, leading to increased attention on the preventive role healthy foods brain function. Previous reviews including primarily observational studies suggested that dietary proteins may improve performance, but evidence from individual randomised controlled trials (RCT) less consistent. Therefore, this systematic review examined long-term effects RCT, considering both their amount and type, performance (psychomotor speed attention, executive function, memory global cognition). Alterations in cerebral blood flow (CBF) – a validated vascular function marker were also considered. A total 4747 identified through search, resulting twenty-three included papers reporting ( n = 23) CBF 3). Improvements observed three out nine evaluated psychomotor which compared protein intervention with non-protein or lower-protein control. Of six beneficial observations working 12), declarative 10) visuospatial 10), five nut interventions different trials. Limited focusing cognition specific target populations, namely subacute stroke dementia, benefit more than individuals intake. From involving CBF, improvements regional associated most outcomes. comparative types warrant further investigation. Overall, encourages additional research into protein-rich supplements could potentially prevent mitigate decline.

Based on evidence demonstrating that gut microbiota can metabolize dietary polyphenols to more readily absorbable phenolic acids, this study aimed evaluate the association of urinary microbial metabolites (MPMs) related peanut intake with memory function and stress response. A total 63 healthy young adults from a randomized controlled trial completed intervention, consuming 25 g skin roasted peanuts, 32 butter, or control butter daily for six months. Cognition mood were assessed using validated tests. Urinary cortisol was quantified by an enzymatic method MPMs analyzed liquid chromatography coupled mass spectrometry. Lignans hydroxybenzoic acids significantly higher post-intervention levels correlated improved cognition in product consumers. These findings suggest consumption may contribute production involved improvement memory.

Our review is focused on examining whether or not resveratrol effective in managing and treating childhood obesity based its beneficial health effects, while also discussing the progress made developing functional food products containing resveratrol. Resveratrol a natural phenolic compound found Veratrum grandiflorum known for antioxidant properties. can be various foods like berries, grapes, pistachios, dark chocolate, peanut skins, soybeans, pomegranates. Studies evaluating effectiveness of management treatment have been conducted both animals humans. Through numerous mechanisms, such as activation AMPK, increasing lipolysis, decreasing leptin levels leptin/soluble receptor (sOB-R) ratio, embryonic oxidative stress biomarkers, reducing body weight adiposity offspring, has shown to ameliorating symptoms obesity. Thus far, researchers established goal accomplished (treatment obesity) bioactive (resveratrol) accomplish that goal, well appropriate dosages times consumption preclinical trials, mechanisms action, relevant biomarkers These findings used conduct trials test efficacy safety vivo animals. To our knowledge, following steps yet completed are required future research; 1) clinical involving supplementation establish safety, dosage, time humans, 2) creation specialized label products, 3) publications submitted open access, peer-reviewed journals, 4) approval by reliable governmental agency, 5) official establishment product, 6) epidemiological studies after-market research release product general public. Keywords: Resveratrol, Obesity, Childhood, Maternal, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Inflammation.Graphical Abstract: Effects

Peanut (Arachis Hypogaea) is one of the most consumed oilseeds worldwide. The composition peanuts can vary depending on genotypes, developmental stages, and environmental factors. Peanuts contain nutrients such as fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins-minerals, fiber, insoluble polysaccharides (cellulose hemicellulose), soluble oligosaccharides (raffinose, stachyose, verbascose). Additionally, they are rich in bioactive compounds phenolics, flavonoids, polyphenols, resveratrol. thought to provide potential health benefits due their nutritional value. This study aimed examine possible effects cognitive functions, memory, cardiovascular diseases, obesity.
