Background: As alcohol consumption increases, ethanol impacts ulcers as a factor that causes stomach mucosal invasion, which leads to ulcers. Alcohol damages the through number of processes, including increased gastric secretion, release pro-inflammatory cytokines, and induces variety pathogenic events it is associated with formation ulcers. Objective: The goal this study was see if gum Arabic functional food could protect albino rats against ethanol-induced damage.Materials Methods: Six groups 30 female were formed: normal control, ulcer omeprazole + ethanol, 4, 5, 6, given GA at 7.5, 12, 25 g/ kg/ day (bw), then lab rat 5 mL/kg /day (bw) orally for days cause damage. Results: suppressed inflammation by lowering TNF-α IL-6 levels while increasing IL-10 levels. also improved HDL, total protein, albumin, globulin cholesterol, triglycerides, VLDL-C, LDL-C, phospholipids. Conclusion: These findings demonstrate plays protective role toward injury in induced turn reduced inflammatory response, significantly hemorrhagic lesions pH contents. Background: Squalene, as an isoprene, is one of the components amaranth oil and makes up about 8% this oil. Squalene has anti-inflammatory antioxidant effects that have been considered in many studies. In people with uncontrolled diabetes, there increase total cholesterol low-density lipoprotein (LDL) alongside a decrease high-density lipoproteins (HDL).According to studies, squalene can be useful lowering triacylglycerol. Objective: The aim study was investigate whether effect on lipid profile number oxidative biomarkers patients type 2 diabetes. Methods: present study, 30 healthy volunteers were selected control group 120 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) selected. Subjects randomly divided into 4 groups. Group 1 untreated groups 3, 4, 5 treated different doses for 84 days. Lipid profiles oxidant examined days 1, 14, 28, 56, according relevant protocols all groups. Results: Significant differences (P < 0.05) observed between diabetic cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL, very (VLDL), oxidized (Ox-LDL), malondialdehyde. There significant difference studied levels parameters expressed some days.At days, squalene. Conclusion: This shows bioactive compound effective manage certain symptoms diabetics including VLDL. Besinler arasındaki etki, besinlerdeki biyoaktif maddelerin etkinliğini değiştirerek açısından sonuçlara neden olmaktadır. etkileşimler; karotenoidler, C vitamini demir gibi bileşenlerinin emilimini değiştirebilmekte, antioksidan kapasiteyi artırmakta, kan lipit profilini iyileştirmekte anti-kanserojen ögelerin artırabilmektedir. yüzden derleme, beslenme çalışmalarındaki kavramını etkilerini incelemektedir.
