This
study
examines
the
influence
of
organizational
culture
on
job
satisfaction
among
library
personnel
in
research
institutes’
libraries
South-West
Nigeria.
Using
a
mixed-method
approach,
data
were
collected
through
structured
questionnaires
and
interviews
from
241
across
25
institutes.
The
identified
key
elements
such
as
collaboration,
teamwork,
adaptability,

positively
impacted
satisfaction.
Findings
indicated
that
while
most
demonstrated
high
levels
with
their
