This study examines the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction among library personnel in research institutes’ libraries South-West Nigeria. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires and interviews from 241 across 25 institutes. The identified key elements such as collaboration, teamwork, adaptability, which positively impacted satisfaction. Findings indicated that while most demonstrated high levels with their work environment, recognition systems, promotion opportunities, there areas for improvement, including communication transparency resource modernization. A significant positive correlation was found between satisfaction, suggesting stronger cultural practices enhance employee concludes fostering culture, improving communication, updating resources are critical maintaining levels. recommends management focus creating environment consistent improved compensation structures; should enhancing strategies reducing hierarchical barriers to foster more inclusive organisational supports
