This study presents a comprehensive analysis comparing the literacy levels of two Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) tools, ChatGPT and Bard, using dataset 134 questions from Human Resources (HR) domain. The generated responses are evaluated for accuracy, relevance, clarity. We find that outperforms Bard in overall accuracy (84.3% vs. 82.8%). difference performance suggests could serve as robotic advisor transactional HR roles. In contrast, may possess additional safeguards against misuse function, making it less capable generating to certain types questions. Statistical tests reveal although systems differ their mean clarity responses, observed differences not always statistically significant, implying both tools be more complementary than competitive. Pearson correlation coefficients further support this by showing weak non-existent relationships metrics between tools.
