Osteoarthritis
(OA),

degenerative
joint
disease,
affects
millions
of
people
worldwide
imposes
considerable
burden
on
patients
society
due
to
its
high
prevalence
economic
costs.
The
pathogenesis
OA
is
closely
related
the
progressive
degradation

cartilage
accompany
inflammation;
however,
itself
cannot
heal
modulate
inflammation
lack
nerves,
blood
vessels,
lymph-vessels.
Therefore,
reliable
effective
methods
treat
remain
highly
desired.
Local
administration
