The
objective
of
this
study
was

propose
a
teacher
training
program
based
on
the
flipped
classroom
model
with
MOOCs
strengthen
access
information
and
literacy
among
primary
education
teachers
in
Lambayeque
region
Peru.

Although

Abstract
T
his
paper
aims
to
provide
evidence
on
student
teachers’
perceptions
of
Flipped
Classroom
(FC)

teacher
educators
(TEs)
make
informed
decisions
about
implementing
FC
and
support
teachers
reflect
the
value
in
their
teaching
practice.
FC,
a
pedagogical
model
requiring
digital
competence

teachers,
has
been

nearly
two

education.

Classroom
(FC)
emerged
at
the
beginning

century

an
alternative
pedagogical
