Monkeypox
(mpox)

on

underscoring
necessity
for

solutions
face
rapidly

virus.
Here,
we
comprehensively
analyze
various
platforms
utilized
prevention,
attenuated
non-replicating
vaccines,
viral
vector-based
recombinant
protein
DNA
mRNA
vaccines.
We
evaluate
advantages
each
platform,
highlighting
urgent
need
ongoing
research
innovation
enhance
efficacy
safety.
