in
high-throughput
next
generation
sequencing
(NGS)
technology
have
rapidly
advanced
the
understanding
of
overall
microbial
ecology
as
well
occurrence
and
diversity
specific
genes
within
diverse
environments.
In
present
study,
we
compared
ability

depths
to
generate
meaningful
information
about
taxonomic
structure
prevalence
antimicrobial
resistance
(ARGs)
bovine
fecal
community.
Metagenomic

on
eight
composite
samples
originating
from
four
beef
cattle
feedlots.
