Exosomes,
as
a
class
of
small
extracellular
vesicles
closely
related
to
the
biological
behavior
various
types
tumors,
are
currently
attracting
research
attention
in
cancer
diagnosis
and
treatment.
Regarding
diagnosis,
stability
their
membrane
structure
wide
distribution
body
fluids
render
exosomes
promising
biomarkers.
It
is
expected
that
exosome-based
liquid
biopsy
will
become
an
important
tool
for
tumor
future.
For
treatment,
exosomes,
“golden
communicators”
between
cells,
can
be
designed
deliver
different
drugs,
aiming
achieve
low-toxicity
low-immunogenicity
targeted
delivery.
Signaling
pathways
exosome
contents
also
used
safer
more
effective
immunotherapy
against
tumors.
Exosomes

from

we

Cancer-associated
fibroblasts
(CAFs)
play
a
crucial
role
in
the
tumor
microenvironment
by
promoting
growth,
immune
evasion,
and
metastasis.
Recently,
drug
delivery
systems
targeting
CAFs
have
emerged
as
promising
long-term
effective
approach
to
cancer
treatment.
Advances
nanotechnology,
particular,
led
development
of
nanomedicine
designed
specifically
target
CAFs,
offering
new
possibilities
for
precise
personalized
therapies.
This
article
reviews
recent
progress
using
nanocarriers
that
CAFs.
Additionally,
we
explore
potential
combining
multiple
therapies,
such
chemotherapy
immunotherapy,
with
enhance
efficacy
overcome
resistance.
Although
many
preclinical
studies
show
promise,
clinical
application
still
faces
considerable
challenges,
especially
terms
penetration
large-scale
production.
Therefore,
this
review
aims
provide
fresh
perspective
on
CAF-targeted

future
research

Abstract
Malignant
tumours

that

extent.
Angiogenesis
is
indispensable
in
development,

metastasis
tumours,
mainly
two
ways:
occupation
or
formation.
Vessels
can
provide
nutrients,
oxygen,
growth
factors
for
encourage
metastasis,
so
cancer
progression
depends
on
simultaneous
angiogenesis.
Recently,
exosomes
have
been
proven
participate
angiogenesis
tumours.
They
influence
by
binding
tyrosine
kinase
receptors
(VEGFR)-1,
VEGFR-2,
VEGFR-3
with
different
affinities,
regulating
Yap-VEGF
pathway,
Akt
pathway
other
signaling
pathway.
Additionally,
are
potential
therapeutic
vectors
deliver
many
types
cargoes
cells.
In
this
review,
we
summarize
roles

clinical
application

martensii
Karsch
(BmK)
Scorpion
listed
as
medicinal
functional
food
material
for
centuries
to
relieve
neurological
diseases
including
glioma
in
traditional
Chinese
medicine.
In
this
study,
network
pharmacology
firstly
revealed
that
BmK
may
exert
anti-tumor
effect
via
regulating
oncogenic
signals
like
EGFR
SRC.
The
anti-neoplastic
safety
were
further
validated
on
two
vivo
models,
subcutaneous
xenograft
orthotopic
transplanted
C57BL/6J
mice.
Data
from
mRNA
miRNA
transcriptomes
showed
exerted
anti-glioma
well
immune
regulatory
effects.
Flow
cytometry
immunofluorescence
analysis
demonstrated
improved
CD4
+
CD8
T
immunity
decreased
myeloid-derived
suppressor
cells

CXC
chemokine
receptor
4
(CXCR4)
has

shown

a
pivotal
role
in

(CXCL12),

stromal
cell-derived
factor
1α
(SDF-1α).

CXCR4
