The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has led to the adoption of restriction measures that have had notable consequences on health and wellbeing individuals. Purpose This study aims to identify the key factors contributing mental health issues among home-quarantined university students in Bangladesh during COVID-19 pandemic and analyze how these affect their psychological well-being. Design/methodology/approach adopted a positivist paradigm used cross-sectional design. Data were collected from 480 public using snowball sampling technique. A 22-item standardized questionnaire was administered through Google Form, with responses gathered on four-point Likert scale. SPSS v. 25 SmartPLS 3.0 for data analysis. Findings The results indicate that stagnation educational system (SES), social interaction communication changes (SICC), economic crisis (EC) infrastructural technological insufficiency (ITI) significantly impact students’ (MDS). All four hypotheses showed p -values below 0.05, beta values of 0.183, 0.181, 0.242 0.262, respectively. coefficient determination ( R² ) 0.420, demonstrating substantial collective health. Originality/value offers valuable information about affected suggests ways reduce stress similar situations.

Abstract Due to the coronavirus disease pandemic, most countries have made rapid decisions on various topics. Regarding education, prevent spread of coronavirus, it was decided replace face-to-face learning. In Türkiye, universities started offering online classes in March 2019. This transition has raised concerns regarding student engagement learning environments (SEOLE) and psychological well-being (PWB) due fear COVID-19 (FC-19) as a construct. Introduction: Coping strategies and adaptation skills are key features in successfully adjusting to university challenges. an essential part of the Psychological immune system, which leads successful adaptation. Due COVID-19 most universities have changed their face-to-face teaching for online education. Nevertheless, there is little concrete empirical evidence on how this generation students with ongoing impacts disruptive changes can cope it. Colleges need make order retain new students. La inactividad física y sedentarismo se encuentran presentes en un alto porcentaje de los estudiantes universitarios, hecho que ha visto acentuado tras la crisis sanitaria vivida recientemente a causa COVID-19. El ejercicio físico como parte programas las Universidades Saludables presenta una posible estrategia para afrontar esta problemática. objetivo este estudio piloto fue analizar efectos programa entrenamiento sobre el nivel actividad (AF), salud mental composición corporal universitarios sedentarios. Se diseñó longitudinal medidas repetidas. 14 fueron evaluados tres momentos temporales: al iniciar entrenamiento, su finalización dos semanas del programa. Los diferentes instrumentos utilizados siguientes: Cuestionario Internacional Actividad Física (nivel AF), cuestionario DASS-21 estrés, depresión ansiedad) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (calidad sueño) cinta métrica (perímetros) bioimpedancia (peso, IMC, % masa grasa muscular).
