The objective of the present study was to elaborate on an intervention proposal called “Know yourself” based development intrapersonal intelligence and wisdom in university students, areas “Expression Corporal Communication” (mention Physical Education) “Expression, Communication Creation motor manifestations” that are relevant for a degree Primary Education. sample consisted total 109 participants (M = 22.46; SD 2.42), 48 men 58 women. were organized into two groups: n 59 belonging control group 47 experimental group. research process began with search review existing bibliography, both general terms context, addition collection sample. Participants intentionally assigned groups. A pre-test performed 3D-WS SCALE evaluates (affective, reflective, cognitive dimensions) through Likert scale, results reflected no differences between groups (p > 0.05) all variables (three dimensions health care), this reason, assessed similar level. At qualitative level, asked about their perception interviewed semi-structured interview at end intervention. Finally, possible benefits programs discussed along same line study, compared proposal. El objetivo de este estudio es sistematizar las evidencias científicas sobre la influencia educación física en el desarrollo integral los estudiantes. Mediante una revisión sistemática literatura, se analizaron estudios que examinan relación entre y diversos aspectos del humano, incluyendo físico, cognitivo, emocional social. A través sistemática, identificaron beneficios significativos: ámbito mejora aptitud cardiovascular, fuerza muscular, flexibilidad coordinación motora; favorece rendimiento académico mediante aumento flujo sanguíneo cerebral, aprendizaje memoria. Además, impacta positivamente salud mental al reducir ansiedad depresión, mejorando autoestima bienestar emocional. En social, participación deportes actividades grupales fomenta habilidades clave como cooperación, comunicación liderazgo, esenciales para trabajo equipo resolución conflictos. Estos hallazgos destacan necesidad integrar forma holística currículo escolar, considerando su impacto más allá lo físico. No obstante, identificó limitaciones, especialmente heterogeneidad métodos evaluación analizados, así sesgo publicación falta longitudinales. Esto resalta importancia investigaciones futuras adaptar intervenciones a contextos poblaciones específicas. conclusión, no solo contribuye sino herramienta justificando implementación escuelas.

Antecedentes: Los estudiantes en la universidad tienen que adaptarse a un nuevo contexto de aprendizaje y están bajo una mayor presión académica. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar salud mental, el estado afectivo las emociones Ciencias Salud Sociales mediante transversal. Método: Muestra 693 primero cuarto año matriculados diferentes Grados Sociales. Usamos instrumento lista síntomas (SCL-90-R), escala Afecto Positivo Negativo (PANAS) cuestionario elaborado “ad hoc”. Resultados: era bueno, aunque 60,9% había experimentado ansiedad o estrés. No encontramos puntuaciones altas SCL-90-R ni malestar psicológico. La afectividad positiva general para última semana alta, cuanto aparecieron curiosidad, alegría, seguridad admiración. Background: Higher education is considered to be one of the phases in life cycle that produces psychological distress and academic pressure. The aim study was assess emotional, empathic coping skills undergraduate students Health Sciences Social undergraduates using an explorative approach a cross sectional study. Methods: A sample 693 first-to-fourth-year enrolled different degree courses. We used “ad hoc” questionnaire, Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24), Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) Brief COPE. Results: found higher scores capacity for empathy IRI, emotional intelligence by TMMS-24 good style adaptive strategies measured on COPE, however, emotion regulation DERS were medium. interesting relationships between female, first-year course, sport, anxiety course empathy, intelligence, adaptative regulation. Introducción: Con este trabajo se pretende ampliar el estudio del campo ocio y tiempo libre desde la perspectiva de género para Latinoamérica, siendo inherente naturaleza humana acompañante a lo largo vida. Objetivo: Reconocer las características en profesionales que desarrollan estudios universitarios posgrados una universidad colombiana. Método: Estudio descriptivo transversal tipo cuantitativo asociación, desarrollado 197 estudiantes activos durante semestre A 2021. Resultados: los hallazgos dejan ver disponibilidad actividades libre, niveles motivación satisfacción similares masculino femenino, con predominio práctica marco emocional sociocultural. Los masculino, mantienen su interés por entre hacen les gustaría hacer mientras femenino difieren hacia cognitivo. La depresión en estudiantes universitarios es una realidad que tiene ser afrontada a través de programas académicos dirigidos al tratamiento diferentes trastornos psicológicos. En este sentido, la práctica ejercicio físico demostró gran utilidad presentar niveles bajos aquellos educandos lo practican. el presente trabajo, se reconoció importancia del mediante búsqueda sistemática diversas bases datos artículos científicos vinculados tema, siendo un artículo revisión. Los resultados evidenciaron necesidad potenciar hacia toda comunidad universitaria, donde aire libre y contacto con naturaleza demostraron los más óptimos; estos responden activación mayor sistema cardiopulmonar fuerza estudiante, disminuyendo tras su participación depresión. Concluyendo fundamental universidad, siempre cuando esta sea manera estructura e individualizada beneficio estudiante.

El objetivo principal de esta revisión es analizar los efectos ejercicios Pilates y yoga en la vitalidad salud mental, utilizando escala calidad vida SF-36. Se realizó una exhaustiva búsqueda las bases datos Pubmeb, PEDRo, Scopus, Scielo, Google Scholar WorldWideScience, identificando un total 169 artículos. Después llevar a cabo procesos selección, elegibilidad e inclusión, se seleccionaron 20 artículos (11 Pilates, 8 1 con intervención yoga). Tanto el subgrupo estudios (n=12) como (n=9), observaron cambios estadísticamente significativos tamaños efecto moderados (subgrupo Cohen's d= 0,69 [IC del 95%: 0,37 1,01]; 0,50 0,26 0,74]). En cuanto vitalidad, tanto moderados-bajos 0,38 0,14 0,61]; 0,34 0,08 0,59]). Estos resultados respaldan que son eficaces terapia física mejoran forma moderada términos mental. The positive youth development (PYD) model is a strength-based conceptualization of the transition to adulthood, in which relationships that individuals establish within this context are essential. These adaptive contextual–individual interactions allow youths acquire better psychological adjustment and greater social participation. PYD differentiates five areas be nurtured (the 5Cs) young people: confidence, competence, connection, caring, character. present work aimed examine differences overall its respective 5Cs among Spanish university students based on their socio-demographic characteristics. A cross-sectional study with 1038 between 18 28 years old from 11 universities was conducted. In order assess 5Cs, adaptation Short Form used. When analyzing variability according variables, some relevant were found, though small effect sizes. Students scores included those who living countryside or big cities, studied Social Sciences, enrolled universities, had parents high education level, reported socio-economic status. Women presented higher terms character, whereas men more perceived competence may due gender socialization during adolescence youth.
