As the forerunners of education, teachers and their psycho-affective variables have been focus numerous studies in past decades. To add to this line inquiry, present study aimed scrutinize correlation among English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers' self-efficacy, work engagement, reflection context China. do so, three previously validated questionnaires related each were distributed Chinese EFL with various experiences academic degrees, sample 614 completed questionnaires. The results Pearson's Product-moment revealed that participants' positively correlated. Moreover, regression analysis ANOVA demonstrated self-efficacy engagement significantly predicted reflection. findings viable takeaways for teacher education programs they can invest more time energy promoting psychological factors teaching along pedagogical issues.

Due to the birth of positive psychology in process education, classroom engagement has been flourished and got a remarkable role academic field. Second/foreign language teaching has been found as one of the most emotional professions worldwide. Due to the novelty of concept language teacher immunity, conceptualised as a robust armouring system that helps teachers cope with threats their well-being, scant multi-cultural research has been dedicated investigation its correlates. The present study seeks explore interplay psychological and work engagement among 1135 English foreign (EFL)teachers from four Asian countries. data were collected through three questionnaires. results structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis indicated EFL teachers' well-being positively influenced immunity. Given the significance of teachers' professional success in adequacy education, exploring determinants this variable appears crucial. To address need, inquiry inspected role well-being and emotion regulation Chinese EFL success. For purpose, 357 teachers were selected to answer three pre-designed questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS was implemented analyze teacher participants' responses. The structural model revealed a strong, favorable connection between well-being, regulation, also demonstrated that both highly influential potential implications for teachers, educators, educational authorities are further discussed.
